When the Apostle Peter quoted Joel at pentacost, was that a full or only partial fulfillment?

Will there STILL be signs and wonders, tongues/dreams/visions in the latter days, or even today?

Or ALL done just at that time?

ACTS 2:16 is clear....this is that which was spoken of by the prophet Joel....

it does not say , this is like that, or this is part of it.......that was it, fulfilled at that time.....and not an ongoing thing.:thumbs:
