Young father being deployed to Afghanistan

    A deacon friend of mine recently told me that one of his SIL, a fairly young US Marine, will soon be deployed to Afghanistan for probably a year or so.

    This Marine's wife (the deacons eldest daughter) just gave birth to their second baby girl.

    Naturally the entire family is rightly concerned and would very much appreciate your prayers in this matter. Both of these new parents are saved, but will need lots of under girding that only the Holy Spirit can provide.
