I heard this Reza Aslan guy on Imus this morning on the way to work. I've never heard of him but he sounds like another Jesus Seminar scholar, Just what we need.

He says that the Apostles and writers of the Gospels were not interested in historical facts at all. Guess what, he's a Muslim converted from Christianity. hmmmmmmmmm:laugh:

This Aslan is a professor of creative writing, not an historian. The best review I read was by D. Bock of Dallas Sem. (I think, sorry don't have the link handy).
