COMMON GROUND COFFEE HOUSE #71

Our pastors all take off Friday, Bro. David, so they can have 2 days off in a row as long as no one dies, etc.

I'm sleepy this afternoon. There's no school so my after school kids will be dropped off by their dad unless he decides to call in sick again. He does pretty often. The 3 year old is napping and Nick and I went through his bookshelf and organzied his books according to age or educational. I've never lived in a small house. Smaller homes are much harder to keep clean. No room to move around!

PastorSBC, isn't it fun??? NOT! Viv and I had that done back when we owned the other house. Our fridge (the one in the kitchen, not the one in the garage) is 30+ years old. The one in the garage is over 50 years old!

MK, believe it or not, nobody seems to know where the cleanout trap is! I can't believe it! I don't believe there is one here. I'm going to call codes tomorrow and have them come out and check.

I can believe Tony! I don't even know where my septic tank is. I asked when we moved in and neither the previous owner nor the realtor knew. I don't have a cleanout trap either, but my house is about twenty years old.

The previous house is how I found out about the cleanout traps. Had to have rooto-rooter out to clean the roots from the line and they weren't to pleased with the hole in the top of the sewer line we were using to clean out with.

They probably have your cleanout trap hidden in your bushes somewhere.

Customer is here....

Sorry about the double post, but I had to take care of my customer.

Anyone else suffocating from the heat and the humidity today. I wish it would rain so it would bring in some fresh air...I am not turning on the airconditioning. February is to early to have to have airconditioning. It is 73 degrees and sunny right now. I wonder where our rain got off to.

Hey Debbie, I have some closets that need cleaning out!

Diane I used to take Friday off but I never felt like I had a true day off, I was always planning or something for Sunday. Now I take Mondays off and I like it better. I am usually worn out from Sunday and need the day to get ready for the week, and I have nothing to really focus on since Sunday is done.

SBC: Our Pastors take Monday off for the same reasons. That is their family day unless they get called out (which they usually do).

MK: I don't want to hear any whining about 73º! I haven't seen temps that high since last fall and I'm SICK of winter (and rain and snow)!!!

Hey all. I won't be on here much this week because I am training a new employee at work. Ya'll take care and I'll be back as soon as I can!

My son is the Pastor of a small church, and he is busy ALL the time! It can't be easy delivering three sermons a week/52 weeks a year!

He also runs a bus ministry, has two prison ministries and referees the local basketball and football games.

In his spare time, he builds sheds for extra money.

I got picked on, too! It IS a right of passage thing! ;)

I've got a praise, ya'll! Our septic tank had the pipe pushed up all the way to the top and the baffle was hitting the top of the septic tank! The general contractor came out after I called him and fixed it within an hour. PRAISE THE LORD! I came in and checked all the toilets, tubs, sinks, etc.,, and all is working well! I appreciate all the prayers those of you who prayed sent out. Just thought I'd let ya'll know!

MK, for us, there IS no cutoff valve, believe it or not. TN doesn't require one in certain areas, and we're in one of those areas! But, at least I do know where the septic tank is now! LOL ;)
