The only issue that might be with the "Bible club" photo, is that Turpin is the only male [at least it appears that way, and the hair looks like its a wig, superimposed], conveniently in the front, taller than all [aren't taller people supposed to be in the back rows, to let smaller in the front, at least that is how photography worked when my own photos were being taken at various places], in other words does it look super imposed? Just asking for secondary opinions or a photo analysis here

In such a case, you put the shorter ones in the back to compress the difference in heights; if you put the taller ones in the back it would make them look even taller.

Look at the face, the age, the lines, the nose, the age in the upper vs the youth in the lower, the older photo [Disneyland] vs the newer [mugshot], notice the hair line on the ears, the hair itself, the spacing of the eyes, and I will include an additional side profile also:

However, to answer the question, I was indeed alive in the "70's".

Ok, you "knew" [past tense] several people with haircuts similar [yeah me too, Beatles, etc]. Do those people wear that same hair style today? Even my own hair, and the amount thereof, has changed throughout the decades. A for instance on this particular case, consider the earlier wedding photo [the slightly blurry one], where the hair is swept to one side, but in every other picture until today, it is a basic bowl style [like Beatles, etc], straight bangs, half or all over the ears [like college photo, but no longer than the nape of neck], like an orchestral conductor [not saying he is, just a comparison for visual].

The Bible group photograph, there is something odd with his [face] left side, near the hair and ear, like its just photoshopped in and too big for the head [and I won't know, until I actually take the time to use my video/photo software]. Even the arms, and shirt do not look right. Angles, etc.

So, it is not so much the style, as the awkwardness of the photo, and the situation of the hair upon the head, the shadowing on the [picture] left, etc He just "pops" out compared to the rest. Stand back and look at it.

More than this, even the women themselves, I would have to look more closely at in my software for such things.

With all that stated, I was simply looking for other opinions, and for photo analysis looking for photoshopping sprites, anomolies, etc. I may end up having to do it on my own time, if no one comes forward to save me some time. For instance, his face itself seems too bright [white/hot] whereas the others have a bit of shading here and there.

The "posing" was secondary, to the primary point of being the only "male" in the photo. Therefore, because of this, it seems like an oversight, and 'he' was simply placed/pasted over and in the front. This was why the request for the photo analysis, since I was spending time on research, documentation and other things [even more important than this subject]. I may end up doing the photo analysis myself yet if no one else steps up [and it would also provide a secondary photo analysis witness if another did it also, for corroboration].

I did notice the stairs, and the scaling before you mentioned it, and did not discount that, and yet 'he' still seems out of place [at least to me, which is why I was asking for further eyes on sub.], and stands out in front too much, which would also include the height. He is simply a head taller than anyone else in that photo.

I would basically agree in general with what you stated about the staircase and placement, except I would have placed such a 'tall' person against the back wall of the staircase on the far right, on either 2 or 3 step, which because of the angle of the photo, helped from cutting out anyone smaller than such, and yet something is still odd here.

What kind of DVD rack does that look like to you? A home DVD rack or a professional grade Store DVD rack? It looks like they simply took a whole Store DVD Display rack and put it in the house, conveniently in the garage so we can all easily see it from the street, where the news cameras were.

When did the 'girl' actually escape, when specifically was the 911 call made, where is the audio of this call, who was the on duty operator receiving that call, who was the on duty sheriff/officer/s that took the action, and when exactly did police arrive to the home, etc?

The Turpins’ cover photo showed the children in matching purple dresses with the smallest child in front. It was posted in July 2016, and the children appear normal in it. There are no new public photos of the family since July 2016. The photos show that nine of the older children are girls.

“Beautiful family,” a friend commented on one family photo. Other photos showed an infant child on Santa’s lap and the children posing with Mickey Mouse and other Disney characters. One of the Facebook page’s few likes was for Radio Disney. The family was so obsessed with the theme park that they even had personalized Disneyland license plates, acording to UK Daily Mail.

According to Kent Ripley, the Las Vegas entertainer and Elvis impersonator who was present when the Turpins renewed their vows, there seemed to be nothing amiss. He said the couple renewed their vows at the Elvis Chapel at least three times, including for their 30th wedding anniversary. He has not seen the family since 2016, he said.

He described the allegations as “shocking. Through the years, I actually remember them every well,” Ripley said in an interview with Heavy.com. “It’s not every day you meet a family with 12, 13 kids.” He said the couple had 11 children the first time he met them, but the family kept growing.

“They were unique because of the size of the family, the Brady Bunch times 2 plus 1,” he said of the first time he met them. “They seemed to enjoy themselves as a family, they seemed to get along, and the children were well-behaved.”

He said the children “definitely were skinny but seemed to be active and always going places and doing stuff. I do remember they were taught at home; they were home schooled.
