This Confession is included in The Baptist Confessions of Faith by William L Lumpkin. He gives a very brief history of the Baptist Church in Sweden.

After a few readings, it seems like it is quite reformed. Do you agree? Seems like the Baptist Union of Sweden has a more reformed history than I thought.

I think I have located the Swedish Edition. I have a inter library loan on the way.
