Divorce vs Homosexuality

Can you explain how it plays out in the service? I'm genuinely curious how one would orchestrate it today.

I suppose the best way to do that would be to have a closed communion, with only the members participating. Most Baptist churches I've been in had an open communion and let the people choose to participate or refrain.

In all my churches, I announced beforehand, "As baptized believers we will celebrate the Lord's Supper." I did not police the table, but left the responsibility up to the people.

Cheers,

Jim

When I was in Ukraine, and the church I was visiting had communion, if a person could not/should not partake, the pastor directed the deacon from the pulpit to pass him/her over.
