I apologize for my confusing OP. The "true or not" statement was referring to the title of the thread: Man- willful in rebellion, not willing for salvation. Is that a true or false statement and why.
And further, if you are trying to prove all men are rebellious against the gospel, you won't see that in scripture. Many thousands of people followed Jesus everywhere he went. We know 5000 men, not counting women and children followed Jesus for three continuous days without eating into the wilderness to hear him preach. That doesn't sound rebellious to me.
