At the temptation of the Lord satan made an interesting offer;
Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
Do you believe that satan had the right and the ability to carry through with this offer or was he bluffing (lying)? If he really had this ability then it says a lot about his authority. If he was lying and the Lord knew it how was this a temptation?
