Rick, I notice that members of your church have been part of the Mason's and The Order of the Eastern Star. Have you fought these evil, satanic, secret societies within your church? Why have church members been allowed to remain members of your church and also be members of these secret societies?

Don't these secret societies exalt themselves against the knowledge of God?

So you would teach your people to hate me??? You would teach them that I am not saved and ignorant?

DC, you are catching on. This is his daily rant, to condemn everyone that is not just like him, because if you are not like him, then you are "in darkness" and ignorant.

I didn't say any such thing.

I think several of you folks are so emotional that you are irrational- and that you are emotional over a straw man- not what I am ACTUALLY saying.

My pastor read your posts and doesnt think you pastor a church at all. He says not even the most tyrantical Hyles graduate would be as arrogant and judgemental as you are.

I don't know of any masons in my church.

As far as that goes masons around here is just a club just like IFB in some places are just decent churches. I attack philosophies and ideas. If an IFB is legit- fine. The same with masons and episcopalians and Methodists etc...

Masons and Eastern star are NOT fine. And if you are honest you should be fighting them.

To do that he'd have to stop being an "internet super hero" and start tending to his flock. He may honestly not know that there are masons in his church, but as Pastor he should. Maybe he needs to stop fighting crime on the internet and turn his sights to home?

How can you protect your flock when you just admitted that you would be glad if Seeking walked out of your church? You would send him out among the wolves instead of lovingly correcting him? This is not what Paul taught and certainly not what Jesus taught as He explained how He left the 99 to retrieve the one.

It is what Paul taught. Have you ever READ the epistles?

I answered that in the post to which you are responding.

And just because you SAY they are not fine doesn't make it so.

No. Paul taught church discipline towards a member that was in open sin and refused instruction. That is not what we're talking about here.

You obviously haven't studied that history of the masons, or looked to the vast amount of experience related to us by those that have been in the masons and left it because of the evil things going on there. Maybe you should practice what you preach and educate yourself on what you speak of?

That is not all Paul taught. However, if seeking came into my church teaching that the kjv is infallible and that sbc is in bed with rcc and that the ifb way of doing missions is good and the cooperative program is terribly wastful and if he would not receive rebuke and instruction I would ask him to leave and be glad to see him go. That is not the extent of what Paul said about this but even that part you recognize is applicable.

I am familiar with what the masons believe as a movement as I am familiar with what many IFB believe including the sword guys- movers and shakers in the movement.

But I also know there are people within the ranks of both who do not believe what many of the people in those movements do believe. That is the same with mason folks here.

Episcopalians are ordaining gays. That's terrible. But many episcopians within that movement are against that. I don't have to condemn their thinking since their thinking is fine.

What you seem to fail to understand is that a person can be in a bad movement or one gone bad and still have the right thinking.

Thinking is what we condemn or condone.
