Oh, let's hear what you have to say about Grace Community Church (home of the hero John MacArthur) that lists Scriptures first in their statement of beliefs.

None of these are claiming the KJVO. Your attempts here are flawed and erroneous in an attempt justify KJVOnlyism.

Just stating that far as I remember, every church visited, as well as my own, listed God as the primary point of belief and theology!

Note how those who go around affirming how "others" list the Scriptures as the Word of God first in distinctives as if this is some PROOF for their skewed views &c. All the while they skip over the fact it has NOTHING to do with, nor does it support in ANY fashion their KJVOnlisms, yet they post it here like it's valid proof of "something" anbd supports their fallacies!!!! :laugh:

They are proving over and over they'll go to ANY extent to prove their KJVO agenda is true, akin to G. A. Riplingers "proofs."

No, it has nothing to do with that. It has to do with JesusFan saying that if something was listed before God in the list of beliefs that it is indicative of that church placing something as an idol before God. We are simply pointing out that he is wrong on that. We never said it supported KJVO.

What did Winman have to do with that? (And by the same standard, what do I have to do with that?)

I get a bit weary of the ones around here that seldom contribute anything positive to any of the conversations, but most often just sit back waiting to jump on anyone that seems a target. The ones doing it often are obvious to the rest of the board, but seemingly blind to their own actions. I'm just taking a second to point out one of them.

ALL that I stated was that God would be the first item to be mentioned in theology of a church, thats all!
