any suggestions for a decent kids bible version/study bible?

As my boys now 11 and 13, and both have outgrown their NIV kids editions!

Its not regular Niv, but the one done for kids?

If you are posing a question it should be done in question form.

You are probably talking about the NIrV. But it doesn't come in a study version. That would be quite the trick. At their ages they should move to the NLTse. Later on they could graduate to the NIV.

Did the NLT have another revision to it done after 2004?

Would you see the HCSB/NIV 2011 being "about" the same for their purposes, and either good for their ages?

Yes,in 2007 some revision was done.

The HCSB and NIV occupy the same translational turf.

I would think that teens could read either without any difficulty. It's just that the NLTse is even easier.
