It is offensive and inflammatory.

Me nor any other Baptist that i know of believe that salvation is a reward because we accept it.

Acceptance a gift doesnt make it a reward, and I am offended that that P4T says that anyone but DoG's think it is.

Please close that thread

I've been gracious to you, and have watched you call Cals liars and other things. There are many of your posts that should and could be reported.

Furthermore, nothing in my thread is a strawman.

If we receive salvation for cooperation, it is no longer a gift, but a reward.

People need to refine their belief in salvation as a pure gift, totally and only of God.

If you disagree that's fine. But there are differences between doctrines and there's nothing wrong with discussing them. You need to put people on ignore if they bother you.

That is simply a lie

Accepting the gift of salvation dosenst make it a reward, and you are belittling my salvation by saying it does.

You are totally misrepresenting my relationship with my savior and you have no right to do so.

i am deeply offended and never thought you would go that far

And I got censored for that

Calvinism is a man-made doctrine from hell, but i get censored for telling the truth.

P4T posted a thread stating untruths about non-cals....why isnt he censored?

You need to calm down. Calvinism is not from hell. Spurgeon was a Cal and most non cals admire him. You're going off the deep end. Leave it alone.

I never gave Calvinists a seocnd thought before I came to the BB. I just figured they were another kooky cult.

I didnt care about one way or another, but now that i got to know how they are on here....I despise them.

And that is wrong. You can despise the doctrine all you want, but to despise the person is WRONG.

Both should be closed. The other due to the veiled attack that arminians are not christians by lumping cal's and christians as those who hold to salvation being a gift, and arm's believing its a reward...and this thread for obvious reasons. Use the report thread icon.

Which truth exactly has Satan used to lure people away from truth? The truth that God does all the saving, and, salvation is a free gift, not a reward for cooperating?

Seems the truth is that he uses the 'reward for cooperating' as a tool to take persons to hell. Afterall, they said the sinners prayer, and 'the preacher said' that for saying it, they will now go to heaven, which is a false Gospel.

Wonder how many are in hell because they thought since they cooperated and said a prayer they were going to heaven?

Hmmmm.
