There are allot of them out there, but whats your pick? I own Seven Reasons you Can Trust the Bible & Has God Spoken? I have not read these books, but have skimmed them. Perhaps Hank Hanegraaf has won the contest over Erwin Lutzer in this area of Apologetics but I cant say for certain.
