It seems that the big complaint here has been not having the preaching pastor close enough to inspect regularly. I really would not to be part of any church that is constantly examining the pastor and family. Sooner or later, they will find something that is not perfect. The pastor should be examined thoroughly when he is ordained then trusted in his ministry until he gives cause to be reexamined. I have a friend who has been at Grace Church for many years. He told me once that he sees John MacArthur off the stage 3 or 4 times a year at most so having the preaching pastor on the same campus will not necessarily allow for constant examination.

If someone does not prefer to see someone on a video screen, that is much different than it being unbiblical. Reminds me of church history when the singing of hymn songs were being introduced and the traditionalists claimed it was turning the church into a bar because that is where most of the singing was occurring then.
