Everyone who Christ died for shall put faith in Christ as a result of His Death for them, but if you mean that putting faith is a condition that man must meet in order for God to save him, that is salvation by works , by what a man does !

No, that is correct, at least with the Jesus Christ I serve. His Death ensures that they are made Righteous or Just Rom 5:19

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

The word righteous here is the greek word dikaios which is translated also the word Just as in Rom 1:17


17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

And the promise is that the Just SHALL LIVE BY FAITH ! So everyone the Jesus Christ I believe in died for, shall be made to Live by Faith !

business, employment, that which any one is occupied

a) that which one undertakes to do, enterprise, undertaking

2) any product whatever, any thing accomplished by hand, art, industry, or mind

3) an act, deed, thing done: the idea of working is emphasised in opp. to that which is less than work

Believing fals under this category as an act, a thing done !

God clearly informs is in the scriptures that...

This is not rocket science. God has made it so clear. So clear that one would think that even a calvinist could see it.


Calvinism is filled with rediculousness and absurdities.

The truth of God is not. I pray God will give you clarity.

That is what you believe. You teach that man is saved by placing his faith in Christ, which is an act of believing. So then you teach salvation by works. Believing is something man does with his heart or mind Rom 10:9-10

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Believing here is a verb, a action verb, something man does ! The biblical definition of a work is:

Only the holy and forgiving will be heaven? Rom. 3:10 states, "As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one." We will be holy in heaven because sin is removed, but until then we will be sinners. Justified sinners by his blood, but sinners nonetheless.

We don't go to heaven because we are righteous. We go because we are forgiven.
Rom17:17-20

17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

This is true, especially because some of us know that ...
it was God who gave the seed of faith (not the gift of faith in 1 Cor 12), which made it possible to believe,
i.e. God was the cause of saving faith, not man.
