Can a true Christian commit the unpardonable sin?

Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or the age to come. (Matt. 12:32

What is the sin of Blasphemy?

In 1 Timothy 1:12-13 Paul says that he was a blasphemer, but he received mercy because he did it ignorantly in unbellief.

Three of the four gospels mention Christ warning that the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. Mark says that the blasphemer is in danger of "eternal damnation."

Christ was casting out devils, causing a multitude to follow his ministry, which was a threat to jealous Pharisees who had controlled the Jewish faith for years. The Pharisees feared a loss of their popularity and domination over the common people through their traditions.

The word "blaspheme" is blasphemeo, meaning "to slander; to accuse; to speak against using derogatory words for the purpose of injuring or harming ones reputation."

There are several sins against the Holy Spirit, but they are not classified as blasphemy. Like resisting...strongly opposing in the mind or emotions. THe truth can be preached and we willfully choose not to believe..this would be resisting the Holy Spirit.

Repent means to turn, but a stiff neck can not be turned...Most people are stuck in their own traditions and ideas. Saul heard Stephen's message and resisted it.

There are other sins mentioned toward the Holy Spirit..grieve, vexed. All three will offend the Holy Spirit, but they are not considered to be blasphemy...they can be repented of and forgiven.

I see blasphemy by willingness and one by ignorance. I believe that a true believer can not blaspheme the Holy Spirit.

THe Pharisees boasted of their level of understanding of Scriptures. They saw miracles of Christ and observed His power over demons again and again. Evil words were spoken in Jealousy toward Christ. They sinned against knowledge. THey chose to slander the Holy One!!

When people speak of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit and teach it is demonic in nature...Isn't this exhibiting the same spirit as the Pharisees?

We should not judge the power of the Holy Spirit upon the failure of His vessels! The Holy Spirit does not work through perfect vessels but through willing vessels...and he continues to help our infirmities or weaknesses.

As I study out Jesus life as perfect as He was/is..Nothing he did including miracles changed the opinions of the hard-hearted, ultra traditional Pharisees. Jesus had no impact on them..their traditions and unbelief have made the Word of God of none effect!

The only sin in His Word that can not be forgiven is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

Well I think that your definition of "manifestation of the Holy Spirit" is wrong, and those who follow that definition and practice it, in many cases exhibit characteristics of a demonic nature.

THey are listed in 1 Cor. 12-14! He will not manifest where He is not welcome!

Your English as well as your theology is terrible.
"THE manifestation of the Spirit"
The means "one" and cannot be referred to as "they." He is not listed. He is manifested, as we believe, but not listed.
