The socioeconomic status of the accused is of the wrong persuasion.

    How's that for good gibberish?)

Yep. Good ole Rush stirring up white anger (ala Al and Jesse with Blacks) again for the sake of ratings and his pocketbook.

Has Rush also discussed that two of the boys are biracial with at least one white parent?

Probably not because then the angry white folks folks would have to also look at themselves as part of the racial divide in the country.

    Oh, just like Obama?!

Yes, I do wonder why the media will refer to Obama as Black rather than mulatto?

As Poncho has said many times, the politics of division. It pays to keep people separated and riled up against one another.

Like Congress, Sean, Al, Rush and Jesse probably go play golf together and count their money when they aren't on screen. They have to put on a show a nd keep people riled up because it goes with the image the media has built for them. And it's the image that makes them money.

Could you imagine how many angles the media would lose to make white people angry if folks started buying into that the President is biracial and not just black?

Angry white people would be confused about which part of his background was racially dividing the country.

Angry black people wouldn't be able to say he's not doing anything for the black community.

Which again is why I say I don't care what shade your skin is. I want to know if you know Jesus? Folks can keep their politics.

You have just described exactly what the Great Pretender does, and what you help him to do, through your posts.

"White hate"? Really? Yeah, that's not divisive or bigoted at all.

Please. My posts highlight that you and all these angry white people are just as much to blame for racial division as is the President. Folks in the Church, even more so.

Who said anything about white hate? Looks like your words continue to betray you.

That child had hatred for white people all over the place by news reports and it was sickening.

Where am I as far as talking about it? I posted about it on Facebook, where you can't be mean to me. I don't mind if my friends yell at me and disagree, because they still love me at the end of the day. Usually. It's like that among friends. We can debate and go nuts and kick over tables and still sing Hallelujah together because that one thing our spirits have in common will never change.

It used to be a lot more like that on this board when it started ya know. That would be nice to have again.

Gina people can do that when they haven't been mastered by something. Anger is much like unforgiveness. It festers and grows. Left unchecked, it can turn into hate.

You see folks going on and on about the President this or the President that because that's the thing that keeps them riled up and they don't want to let go of it because it gives them a measure of control they believe they lost when liberal ideology became "the norm".

But Christians like this can become so involved in politics and social ideologies and be so angry about them, that they lose sight that God didn't leave us here to be so passionate about those things that no one sees our love for Him and others as a result.

So is the president of the United States, but black people want everyone to call him black. We aren't allowed to call President Obama biracial.

Say those who want to embrace only his "blackness". I call him biracial, but my voice doesn't seem to count.

If so many people at large want to call the President "our first black President" and to refer to him as a black man and to refer to Beyonce as "black", then I was just wondering why Zaac wants everyone to embrace the whiteness of the biracial boys who killed that Australian guy. Why don't we just call them black like we do all the biracial celebrities?

Why is there a distinction as to when we call biracial people black and when we say "oh hey, everyone, this person is half white, too!".

I get really confused by all of this.

We are either going to call them black, biracial, or white. We can't pick and choose when, whom, and for what famous or infamous reason.

I don't know what Rush may or may not have said, but do you mean biracial like George Zimmerman who's Peruvian born mother was 1/2 black? These mixed race boys deserve at least as fair a treatment as he got.

Of course there is another link between this case and the Zimmerman trial. These boys were trying to get into the Crips, the same national gang that Trevon Martin's father is a member of.

But let's not fear gangs of criminals, the real danger out there is legally armed neighborhood watch members.

    That would qualify as multi-racial.

Lest anyone think the two accounts are similar, let's draw the contrast:

Trayvon had just smoked some pot, was trespassing and scoping out property, then violently assaulted an hispanic neighborhood watch member, who had called the police and was keeping him in sight. After receiving numerous blows, the assault victim shot the thug in self-defense.

The Australian was innocent, minding his own business, and the thugs shot him in cold blood.
