IMHO Jesus was born of the virgin Mary and Jesus is currently, the first and only born from the dead. That will change when he becomes the firstborn of many brethren.
IMHO to be indwelt with the Spirit is to have the Spirit of adoption, awaiting the adoption.
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. Romand 8:22,23
In bold, birth terms that come to an end at the redemption of the body, the adoption.

The faith of Abraham was that in his seed, singular, the Christ, the Gentiles and or all the nation of the earth shall be blessed.
The sinless Jesus dying and being raised from the dead was the faith and grace by which the Father gave the Son the promise of the Holy Spirit to shed on man for assurance. Acts 2:32,33 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
That blessing comes through the giving of the Holy Spirit of promise.
How are you blessed? 2 Cor 5:5,6 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
The Holy Spirit gives us assurance, confidence of being wrought with the selfsame thing, being born again, with our house which is from heaven.
We. that is we who have the Spirit, know as long as we are at home in the body of flesh we were born with we will be absent from the LORD.
Jesus is the only man born of woman who has received regeneration.
Matt 19:28 we will follow Jesus in regeneration when he comes to sit in the throne of his glory.
And Jesus said to them, 'Verily I say to you, that ye who did follow me in the regeneration, when the Son of Man may sit upon a throne of his glory, shall sit -- ye also -- upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel; YLT

Read Romans 4:6-11. The blessedness (vv. 7-10) of PRESENT TENSE JUSTIFICATION consisting of complete remission of sins and imputed righteousness (vv. 6-8) was already "HAD" (v. 11) by Abraham BEFORE he was circumcised (v. 10).
The ability to "walk by faith" was already HAD during his own lifetime - Heb. 11
The process of sanctification by the Spirit of God and the producing of the fruit of the Spirit was already at work in his life.
This was based, as you have said upon the PROMISE found in the gospel received by faith THEN AND THERE that Christ would come. In the mean time God granted the blessings of salvation based upon the promise found in the gospel.
You are confusing the PROMISE found in the gospel with the PROMISE of the giving of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost! THEY ARE NOT ONE AND THE SAME. That is apples versus oranges!
You are confusing the BLESSEDNESS of justification and salvation with a new administrative dispensation unto the Gentiles.
we have already received from God the adoption unto being his children, but await that coming to pass in its fullness at the second coming of Christ!
Would you go so far as to say, that when God called Abram out of Ur of the Chaldees he called him with the ability to walk in faith? I would.
God called the one man Abram. To out knowledge God did not call the man who lived next door to Abram nor the man 500 miles down the road from Abram. He called Abram, for the purpose of God. One man.
I will pray to the Father and he will send another Comforter. John 14:16 This is the promised Holy Spirit of Joel is it not? John 16:7 for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come. this is the same Holy Spirit is it not. Does not Acts 2:32,33 say that Jesus who God raised from the dead, That same God, the Father, gave Jesus the promise of the Holy Spirit, which was then on Pentecost shed forth?
Is this not the same Holy Spirit that is going to bring the blessings of Abraham to the nations?

Yes, but that one man is set forth as the UNIVERSAL PATTERN for "all who believe" and you can't say that Abraham was the sole believer between Genesis and Pentecost or you will have to rewrite Hebrews 11.
You are confusing the PROMISE OF SALVATION as set forth in the call of the gospel with the PROMISE of the Spirit that ushers in a new Gentile dispensation which is inclusive of many things (accreditatin of a New house of God with a new ministry and new ordinances, the new mission to Gentiles, new prophets to provide a new body of Scriptures, etc.) but not a new way of salvation.

First, the terms "new birth" or "born from above" etc. is never once used for the physical body. This body must "put on incorruption" or put on "immortality" or be transformed but that does not occur until the resurrection or translation.
However, what Jesus is speaking about in John 3 is "the spirit" that which is born of flesh IS FLESH but that which is born of Spirit "IS SPIRIT." In Titus 3:5 the regeneration is a PAST TENSE completed action and INTERNAL. The Quickening in Ephesians 2:1,5,10 is a PAST TENSE completed action and cannot possible refer to the physical body.
