Hello Peeps;

I haven't been in a forum in quite a long time. I recently discovered forums on Facebook and joined two. I find them to be quite hard to follow as there's no order to posts. Not anything separating topics, or any other form of order. So anyway, I decided to look for a forum since I remember how they are kept pretty organized and much easier to navigate. So, here I am. Hopefully, I'll stick around and join in some conversations but will probably do some reading and lurking for a few days anyway.

A little about me:

I have been a Christian for over 35 years
I am a Reformed Baptist
I do NOT subscribe to KJV only, however, that is what our Pastor uses and I have no issues with it although for study, I do tend to prefer the NASB
I hold to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith
And I live in New England, USA

I wanted to use the name Pilgrim but it was taken thus, I spelled it wrong so I'm going by Pilgrum.
God Bless & thank you for allowing me into your community.

PS: One question. Does this forum allow signatures? If so, where do I find it to enter one?

If you will place your cursor over your name in the top right hand corner it will reveal a drop down menu. From there you will see an option to add to your signature.

Thank you, Santha, for the welcome.

Thank you, Revmitchell, but I don't see it. Maybe I have to belong here for a while first?

Welcome brother Pilgrum! As far as your signature, they are allowed, but believe you must have around 1000 posts before you can add one. You may try going to the top right corner where your profile name appears and placing your cursor there you can click on 'Personal Details'. There you can add something in the 'Status Message' and see if that message you add appears on your profile.

Thank you, IT (Internet Theologian). I kind of figured there was a minimum of some kind before I could get access to certain features of the board. I know a lot of forums used to do this. But, it's been quite a while since I've been on a forum.

Thank you, Kevin. I don't mind long stories though.

I also assume I have to wait to put a profile picture? I don't seem to have any access to that either. I can assure you though, it's going to take me quite a long time to reach 1000 posts, but that's ok.

I am glad that I found this board though, I like the fact that it's Baptist as when you join "Christian" forums, you never know what kind of Christians will be there. Like the whole gamut from Prosperity believers, to who knows what.

I didn't see it, but is there like a statement of faith for this forum?
