I predict as soon as Trump wins the nomination we can look forward to the next 5 months of being told he can't defeat Hillary by the same ones who said he never had a chance at the nomination.
Trump was stopped last night when Kasich won Ohio. It's now almost virtually impossible for Trump to get the necessary delegates to outright win the nomination on the first vote at the convention. That means a contested nomination at the convention. Unless you think he will win 60% of the delegates going forward in every remaining state. He has gotten about 45% of all delegates in all contests so far. Now that the southern states are out of the way, I expect Trump to start to finish in 2nd place more often.
I'm having the last here ITL.Ha ha ha ha!
Reality check --he had 1,004 pledged delegates at that time.My predictions:
After April 26th Trump will have about 940-950 delegates.
You really underestimated Trump. As of now he already has 1,160 according to Politico. After May 24th he will have around 1,000 delegates.
It remains to be seen. But I had predicted 290 or so on that date.On June 7th he'll get another 140-145 or so.
On the contrary, this will peg him at about 200 more delegates than is necessary to win the nomination. This will leave him short of the necessary 1,237 delegates needed to clinch the nomination on the first ballot.
But you have been so far off with your flawed data.I've got all this data in a spreadsheet with all the rules of each individual state spelled out in detail.
Would you like to eat your hat with, or without salt?I've been fairly accurate so far.
You didn't intend it so, but my predictions have paid off --not so yours my friend.Believe it or not, it gets easier to predict going forward.
And I had said with my April 20th prediction : 1,147. I underestimated Trump --you REALLY underestimated him.My predictions:
After May 24th he will have around 1,000 delegates.
And I had said he's get 290 which would put him about 200 delegates past the required 1,237.On June 7th he'll get another 140-145 or so.
Ha,ha,ha.This will leave him short of the necessary 1,237 delegates needed to clinch the nomination on the first ballot.
They are both proportional. Trmp picked up about 59 delegates with those two states.Trump will do well in the popular vote in Oregon and Washington but because of their rules he won't completely triumph there.
Be careful about gloating. And I had said with my April 20th prediction : 1,147. I underestimated Trump --you REALLY underestimated him.

Ha,ha,ha.
They are both proportional. Trmp picked up about 59 delegates with those two states.
Now he has 1,229 delegates --just 8 away from 1,237! Yippee!
Yeah, he'll get a grand total of around 1,400 fer sure! Ha,ha. Yes, I'm gloating.
So out of the remaining five states you think I should be cautious about any certaintyHe has California, New Jersey, New Mexico, Montana and South Dakota to go.
Pretty certain it's "in the bag".
However...
That should be the least of your worries. It's the " Sneeky Pete" plot the RINOs, NEO-Cons and Establishment mafioso are incubating in order to disqualify him even though he has a majority delegate vote you should be concerned about. So out of the remaining five states you think I should be cautious about any certainty
that he will pick up eight more delegates! Ha,ha,Ha.
Well, its still possible that the establishment may try a "fast one" to steal it from him.Well, right now Trump has 1,239 delegates and it's not even June!
Rubio has 359 delegates he wants to turn over to Trump. All of this and we haven't
even gotten to June 7.
No the establishment picked him granted he was their third choice but he was still their choice. For the 3rd time in a row the GOP voters let the media and the establishment pick their candidate for them. #NEVERTRUMPWell, its still possible that the establishment may try a "fast one" to steal it from him.

You're making up a whole new definition of the word "establishment." Listen, by June 7th more than 12 million will have voted for Trump. These are rank and file Americans who are sick and tired of business as usual that the Democrats and Republicans have been up to for decades. These are not the old guard elites. No the establishment picked him granted he was their third choice but he was still their choice.
No I have no reason to abandon my principles to vote for a democrat. I am one of the 15 million people who voted against Trump. 12 is less than 15 BTW.You're making up a whole new definition of the word "establishment." Your "Never Trump" thingie will not get off the ground. You need to face facts. Hook up with reality. The real movement is with Trump. If you're not with Trump you support H.C.
I posted the above on April 21,2016. On June 7 he raked in 299 more delegates. Just nine off --pretty good huh?On June 7th he'll rake in about 290 more. So he will go approximately 200 beyond what is required.
