That's the way we should all be, whether pastors or not. I love his example and seek to do that with my own family as well.

Thank you brother. But what am I really? What are we? We are the craftsmanship of a Master Builder. I do not mean at all to pretend modesty. If we are truly brothers in Christ, and true disciples, it is because of the Lord Jesus. If our faith finally does not fail, it is because Christ has prayed for our faith to remain. If we live holy and righteous in Him before God and men, it is because He has predestined us to be conformed to the image of His Son.

All these things a Francis Chan does or you or I do...we are unprofitable servants, we have only done our duty. And brother, from my heart I mean this, I lament. I cover my mouth in shame and repent. I have not done nearly enough. It is enough for the servant to be like His master, and how so unlike Him I am.

Pray for me my precious brother. Pray that I truly will walk worthy of the Lord.
