And what will you teach your flock about New Birth Contrasts and Consequences?
God bless.
Not my flock Bro., it is the Lords flock. Im just an instrument.

And what will you teach your flock about New Birth Contrasts and Consequences?
God bless.
Ahhh yes.......that statement reveals much.
Tell me, if a person came to your church and you were the Pastor, and that person claimed that God called them to a certain mission field where they lived, yet they refused to demonstrate submission to the authority of the church or its leadership, or differed with them concerning like faith and your congregation after considering it prayerfully did not believe the Lord was leading them to support that person, and you found out from that person this was the repeated testimony of all other churches that his person had previously sought, what would you think?
and HOLINESS of God
E. Without regeneration man living prior to the cross universally would be:
1. Without the LIFE, LIGHT and HOLINESS of God
a. Spiritually DEAD in tresspasses and sins.
Not my flock Bro., it is the Lords flock. Im just an instrument.
b. Alienated from the Life of God
c. Living in darkness
d. Given over unto all uncleaness
2. No Human Being existing in that state can please God - Rom. 8:8
E.There is no other solution to spiritual separation from God than spiritual union with God by regeneration.
F. There is no other solution to being without life, light and holiness than restoration of life, light and holiness by regeneration.
This why BEFORE the cross and before Pentecost Jesus told Nicodemus using the PLURAL PRONOUN "you" that except "A MAN" be born again, he cannot enter or see the kingdom of God, but remains in the kingdom of Satan/darkness/death/depravity.
There are only two possible kingdom's (the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan)
There are only two possible spiritual conditions (saved or lost)
There are only two possible conditions (in Adam or In Christ)
There are only two possible spiritual states (in the flesh or in the Spirit OR unregenerate versus regenerate)
It is your flock if you are assuming a leadership position. You have condemned the churches in your area and deemed them to be without the Spirit of God. The corollary, testified to by your own statement, is that you are led of God to righteous anger at the deadness of everyone in your area except you and those who congregate with you.
But okay, if you disavow that you are taking the lead, and it is God Who is leading your course of action...I'm not going to argue that. Perhaps you are.
But back to the question posed to you. Please answer.
God bless.
The assumption that the unregenerate are completely separate from the Ministry of God in their lives nullifies Christ's teaching that the Comforter would do just that.
Minister in the lives of those who believe not on Jesus Christ.
And because assumptions like these are made, there is a condemnation of he lost which stands in direct opposition to the Will of God in regards to mankind, and lacks the very compassion which made it possible for God to reconcile men unto Himself through Jesus Christ. Christ taught us about mercy in two ways, explicitly, and implicitly...on the Cross. In the Incarnation itself.
God bless.
Darrell, your responses in nearly every post are all based on circular reasoning. All your answers are based solely upon the presumption that your position is correct, when it is your position that is being challenged. You use your position to answer the objections when it is your position that the objections demonstrate is flawed. There can be no rational discussion with a person who does this.
Control of what? I pastored the same Baptist church in San Diego for 27 years. In those 27 years we ordained several men as church planters. Today there are approximately 32 church plants that originated in our church. And those 32 churches have planted another 34 churches. Nobody wants to control them. They are independent and autonomous Baptist churches. They are pastor led and congregationally governed. So what, exactly, do these churches want to control?Control
See my above comment. We started 8 churches in the greater San Diego area (Our "Jerusalem") and 24 churches in other counties, states and countries (our "Judea," "Samaria," and "Uttermost Parts of the Earth").Truthfully, as a Christian & a Pastor, if you saw void areas (areas without Christs representation) in your coverage area, what would you do?
Could it be the disdain he shows for those established churches as evidenced below? My question is, why will not any church that has taken time to get to know you and your needs refuse to help you?
the Momma Church
Or could it be the judgment that there are no good churches in New Jersey? (100 miles from where he is would include most if not all of New Jersey, it being as small as it is, with a length of 170 miles and a width of only 70 miles.)the mother ship
Before I answer you anything, you come down quite hard on me as condemning churches for not having the Spirit of God. I never said that....and if you think I have then produce my comment.
If they ignore a clear commandment by Christ for making disciples, does that disqualify them as a true Christian Church?
OK.....there is none with these characteristics.....now what?
but I digress, at least not within an hours drive of the community. But the assembly that I am referring to has those characteristics, albeit small they love one another, are completely committed to Christ, to becoming disciples, to making disciples, studying scripture, being baptized etc.
Are you really saying there are no good churches within an hour's drive in New Jersey?
Yes
Tom It breaks my heart to see so many False Profits & False Churches that lead the flock adrift. Over the years, I have asked any noteworthy churches outside the boundries to consider church plants but they steadfastly refuse any assistance. Ive even went to that Reformed Baptist group in Carlile PA for help & spoken to the guy who was in charge.....seems its too expensive but he wanted to prop up a dead church (I refused not because of arrogance because I sat with them for 6 months & they really truly are dead---plus there not situated in my community).
But I believe that the Lord has been working to place a real church in the community.....either I work to build one or he provides one.
I just spoke to my younger brother (who served as a youth pastor in Scranton PA after graduating from Baptist Bible) & I again suggested that we both serve in a local "dead church" & help to revive them
. This guys biggest reach outs are Ice Cream Socials & Friday Night Movie Get Together's.
Thus we are really working hard to bring Christ back to our own home community......and I gotta tell you, "The Spirit" has not been there for some time.
Let me bottom line this for you. They are really not interested in planting a church outside their boundaries.....rather they are interested in having people get into their cars and drive for an hour to their building, participate in their services & contribute to their monetary initiatives. See they are not growing....quite the reverse so they want your participation .....not an initiative that doesn't bolster them.
So the question 'for me anyway is' how can I serve Him & ignore my own community who has fallen so far from Him?
Truthfully, as a Christian & a Pastor, if you saw void areas (areas without Christs representation) in your coverage area, what would you do?
What demands?I'm being disobedient to their demands.
Darrell, your responses in nearly every post are all based on circular reasoning.
I have never seen a church refuse to commission, send, and support church planting missionaries.
That depends on what you mean by "submit to the authority of your church."Would you ordain and send out a missionary that refused to submit to the authority of your church and/or was not like faith and order with your church?

This is just from the first two pages:
....And????
nowhere did I say that commentary......now your fishing.
Will you answer the question now?
God bless.

There is obviously something going on just below the surface here. I spent over 40 years in vocational ministry and just short of 27 years as pastor of the same church in San Diego. I have never seen a church refuse to commission, send, and support church planting missionaries.
