Another thought concerning the blood. Scriptural or not?

You saidAfter I said the will of the unsaved man is in bondage to the law of sin and death.

If "free will exists on every level" then it exists on the level of the lost man whose will is not free, but in bondage to the law of sin and death.

You seem to have created a contradiction. :)

Man is freely able to choose to do whatever they want to do, its just that sinful natures will NOT choose freely to do things such as obey God for example!

I agree with Dr Tom that the free will man is in bondage in that he may will to do something but is unable.
I may will/want to visit Italy but have not the means.

In my view every man who has come into this world is a present participle sinner who the scripture says is enlightened as to his/her/need of the light but is unable to come to the light.
if however he/she wants wants to come the power will be provided.

A modern passenger jet plane pilot needs several hundred tons of energy to turn his plane to another direction - impossible without a power assistance system. The Spirit of God will turn ANYONE who desires to turn(of course only the elect so desire) :)
