You don't know any such thing. The civil lawsuit in California was dropped. Then supposed victim went attorney shopping in NY, and found a patent attorney(??), Thomas Meagher to take the case.
No one has ever met or interviewed the plaintiff, and she canceled a news conference. Other than a statement by an unidentified woman, there is no other evidence. No one ever went to police, there is no DNA or taped conversations.
It is best to have some evidence other than a dislike for Trump.

Why would "anyone" have met or interviewed her? And a judge obviously thinks there's enough evidence to hold a pretrial hearing.
There's enough corroborating evidence public and private to know that he's guilty. He's a liar and the truth ain't in him.
Epstein ought to fold on him.
