Thank you The Biblicist, because Matthew 7:15-20 now gives my answer to question #1 in literal speech: No, false prophets cannot be saved. Jesus says so bluntly, since they produce no good fruit.

The Greek used for false prophet is pseudoprophetes which seems to imply an actual prophet as opposed to a teacher. Thus, I must do more research on false teachers as a separate matter. However, this would imply that the spirit in those who prophesy in the Charismatic and Pentecostal movements is alien to the Holy Spirit, and thus they are in fact false prophets and are in fact not saved. I say this because to be a true prophet is something they cannot pass at all: Accurate prophecy that proves they are from God (Deuteronomy 18: 20-22).

I now recognize that posting my discussion earlier in Baptist General Discussion and Christian Forums about how to do accurate prophecy is in fact a death penalty crime to Jesus. I have had to repent in terror before our Father, but it is godly for it leaves no regret and shows me I have an advocate in God's Son (2 Corinthians 7:10 and 1 John 2:1)

This also answers my question #2 because the spirit of false prophecy is the spirit of the antichrist according to 1 John 4:1-3 . For a false prophet to be a false prophet they must have this spirit even if everything seems entirely mundane and non-supernatural.

I have had to again go to our Father in Heaven in terror. This time to repent of ever letting the spirit of the antichrist work through me at all. This repentance leaves deep sadness but no regret. I am humbled to know Jesus is my advocate before the Father.

Because I know myself to be a Believer thanks to the supernatural conviction of the Holy Spirit nine months ago, I have this to say about my own salvation: It seems I am saved, as I have not changed suddenly with this repentance as I did nine months ago when I repented of not putting faith in Jesus, but I was lost in sin and in need of repentance ASAP. I will reflect on this more and get back to you guys and gals.

Again I have to submit this idea for discussion of question #1: Perhaps 1 Corinthians 3:5-15 shows that false church leaders who build on Jesus Christ as the sure foundation are saved, but will suffer mightily on the Day of Judgment when their works are confirmed as false.

Again I must submit this idea for discussion for question #3: Could the false prophets found throughout the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement be at least one contingent of the army of false prophets wielding signs and wonders that Jesus warned of in Mark 13:21-23 and Matthew 24:23-28 ? They certainly fooled me, and as far as I know I am a saved Believer according to Romans 10:9.

For IF they had the real Holy Spirit in them, they would be agreeing with the doctrines of the scriptures, and not these heresies they are dreaming up!

I see that I have not made it a habit to be a false prophet (Hebrews 10:26-27, 1 John 3:9, Psalm 19:13-14), and I repented readily in public like David did so many times himself such as when he stole Bathsheba (1 John 1:7-9). Therefore I believe I am saved, and that I committed a heinous sin that I needed to repent of.

I agree. Charismatic leaders certainly fit the bill of even super-apostle it would seem, let alone false prophets. They do in fact have gifts at times that they use to pull their congregants further into the cult of Charismaticism. I see that we may be in "the distress of those days," and this could be evidence we are approaching the End Times in the not far and distant future. Perhaps even in my own life time I now see, though I do not ever want to guess at the hour or day.

Here is an original end times idea: What would the Antichrist be if he was a charismatic leader who turns on a faith he never had real faith in at all to declare himself God?

The sure signs that many of them have not the Holy Spirit but the antichrist one is that they preach/teach heresy, and they claim to be more important than Jesus Himself!
