Do You Condone Steve Anderson, IFB Preacher?

Should IFB openly condemn Steve Anderson's hate?

  • No. Steve Anderson is a great man of God. We need more like him.

  • Yes. He preaches a false "gospel" and is filled with hate. He needs to go away.

After Muslims attacked the US in September 2011, there was a deafening silence in place of the open condemnation of the acts of those men by Muslim leaders.

Can the same be said for independent fundamentalist pastors in regard to Steve Anderson? Have any openly come out in condemnation of Anderson for his hatred?

Muslims did not attack America on 9/11. Mossad agents of Israel, Dick Cheney, George Bush and others within our own government --the CIA in particular were responsible for the horrible events of that day. Don't believe the standard narrative.

I see a lot of empty chairs.

Satan was "satanically right" when he condemned Saul for rebellion in 1 Samuel 28 impersonating Samuel. Satan has "his way" of using condemnation-with-hate of the person as an expression of hate even while saying sin is sin.

This idea of love the sinner hate the sin is foreign to the sermon.

"by their fruits you shall know them" Matt 7.

What is the full-cup-of-hate that appears to be overflowing from this guy -- what is it the "fruit of"?

Satan is the "accuser of the brethren" - Rev 12 he also accuses mankind with rage and hate. His spirit is not that hard to detect.

That is not true at all.

In fact there was a wave of Muslim rejoicing all over the world.

Some Muslims "video tape themselves" when murdering others because they see it as a form of "marketing" -- "advertisement".. The idea that George Bush flew his plane into the trade towers or "paid a Muslim to do it" is beyond reason.

IFBdom is so fractured and segmented the Mr. Anderson doesn't make it on to most radars. And if he does, he is separated from.

Why give the man any air time by posting a video?

He used to be a member here a long time ago. His bizarre rants haven't changed much. It was impossible to talk to him. He was eventually banned.

I posted the video for those who might not be familiar with him or his views, and I'm not promoting him, obviously.

Also, I don't run in IFB circles, so I was asking an honest question. I am genuinely curious as to how those who would label themselves IFB would regard him. I've seen a comment or two BB which looked a lot like a defense of Anderson.

Lastly, I also had no idea about his membership here, but thanks for the info.

That was my guess, but I was trying to determine if anyone knew of any public condemnation of Anderson from IFB pastors, understanding that there is, by definition, no denomination or central agency to stop him.

Is he really shunned in IFB circles, or is he saying what some, many, or most IFBs wish they could say out loud? Again, as a Reformed SB, I would have no idea, which is why I ask.
