Prior to becoming a Lutheran, Latini was involved with "a conservative Presbyterian church that had “an ex-gay support group'" and became "director of OneByOne, a Pittsford, N.Y.-based advocate of so-called conversion therapy."

Appears that he was fighting against what God calls "abomination" in Lev 18 - and a few people who were actually in favor of abomination had enough popular votes to oust anyone opposed to abomination.

Being that this is an ELCA seminary this would not be just a few people clamoring for the ouster of this president. The ELCA is profoundly pro-gay and would never keep anyone around that might be against the lgbtqxyz agenda

At one time the ELCA was not so overwhelmingly pro-gay, however, after the vote passed to ordain actively gay clergy many of the churches that were bible believing have left for more conservative synods. What surprises me is that she was ever considered for this position being from a conservative Presbyterain background.

What surprises me is that she was ever considered for this position being rom a conservative Presbyterain background.

A truly sad example of how the LGBT thing completely destroys the Christianity in a Christian denomination over time. The saints leave and all that is left is the clamoring for ever increasing intolerance of anyone holding to a Bible POV.
