Slightly off topic. I am grateful that the pastor of the church that Mrs. Rolf and I attend is not afraid to preach on Isaiah, Daniel, and Revelation. Not topically, so much as going through the whole Books and explaining them. Seeing just how much Biblical prophecy has already been fulfilled was one of those things that My Lord used to bring me to my knees for salvation.
That is quite a challenge!
Rev. 9:7 The locusts looked like horses prepared for battle. On their heads they wore something like crowns of gold, and their faces resembled human faces. 8 Their hair was like women’s hair, and their teeth were like lions’ teeth. 9 They had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the thundering of many horses and chariots rushing into battle. 10 They had tails with stings, like scorpions, and in their tails they had power to torment people for five months. 11 They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon and in Greek is Apollyon (that is, Destroyer).
The events ARE real, but presented in a symbolic format. Revelation needs to be interpreted in line with the direct teaching of Jesus & in the letters.
You give yourself a blasphemous name, & demote the LORD Jesus in lower case.

The First resurrection is when we are glorified and raised up immortal beings, Paul addressed this as a still future event, and the second resurrection is for JUST the lost, as all raised there go to the GWT event. Scripture!

Let me see if I understand your position. Christ returns with the first resurrection and only saints, now in glorified bodies live and rule with him for 1000 years. Satan is bound so he cannot deceive them. They are like the angels who do not marry. So at the end of the 1000 years Satan is loosed and deceives these glorified saints and turns them against the remaining glorified saints? The rest of the wicked dead do not come alive until after this at the second resurrection?
Nope, as the people remaining at time of the second coming event will be normal people, not glorified saints, who will be turned by satan in the end to oppose God and His Christ.

I'm not sure I understand you. If the second resurrection happens after the millennium, then only saints are on earth for Satan to gather against themselves at the close of the 1000 years?

No, there will be persons who survived the Great tribulation to enter into the Kingdom age.

Go over to Bible Gateway & read Isaiah 11 & 12. Is Isaiah given a vision of the present "kingdom of heaven, aka the present amillennial kingdom" or the future "millennial kingdom," after his return (including rapture, tribulation, etc, whatever,) or the NH&NE???
It is common for dispensationalists & others with heretical doctrines to ascribe Isaiah's visions to their future millennium,
BUT
the vision begins with the incarnation & continues with his earthly ministry;
continues with the judgment of the wicked by his Word;
a perfectly restored earth where even the animals are at peace;
the nations are gathered to him, together with the Israelite exiles;
9 They will neither harm nor destroy
on all my holy mountain,
for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord
as the waters cover the sea.
And the vision concludes with a song of praise - Isaiah 12.
Yet you tweet the continued presence of the wicked, surviving through that glorious Kingdom to rise in rebellion at the call of Satan & occasion the destruction of that glorious eternal Kingdom:

The way I understand scripture in view of what you are saying, is that the rapture follows the resurrection, and the new Heavens and Earth follow.
“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a shout of command, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be suddenly caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.” (1 Thessalonians 4:16–18)
“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief; when it comes, the heavens will disappear with a horrific noise, and the celestial bodies will melt away in a blaze, and the earth and every deed done on it will be laid bare.Since all these things are to melt away in this manner, what sort of people must we be, conducting our lives in holiness and godliness,while waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God? This keeps coming up in my thinking and while looking through premillennial websites, I cannot arrive at a convincing answer.
If flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, then only saints in glorified bodies populate the 1000 year reign of Christ in his kingdom. And it would be many of these whom Satan rallies against the rest of the glorified saints, when he is loosed at the close of the millennium. So already having eternal life, how can these not have eternal life and perish as Gog and Magog at the end of the world?

There is little understanding to be found if one strays from a literal 1000 year millennial reign, just as the last chapters of Revelation depicts.
This being the clearest teaching of Scriptures found in concise time line formate on the subject, but yet is this thread not exposing those who take such a passage as little factual presentation?
Either one accepts the clear teaching, or all other Doctrines may also be questioned by lack of taking Scriptures at face value.

I think a literal 1000 years has many problems. But for starters, all of the passage that mentions the 1000 years is symbolic. The angel, the chain, the serpent, the bottomless pit are all symbols that depict a spiritual reality. So why break stride and make the last symbol, the 1000 years literal? Plus, flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom, so where do Gog and Magog come from? We have more questions if interested.
