Not necessarily. You cannot have a Father without a Son, or a Son without a Father. So God always existed as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Think of equality but different roles fulfilled by each. Father because of that role. Son because of that role, and Holy Spirit because of that role.

If this were true, Jesus would have been crazy. What we call multiple personality.

No, He humbled Himself to be a man. obedient to His purpose

    Phl 2:6
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
    Phl 2:7
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
    Phl 2:8
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross

This is a good backdrop to show Jesus as far as his Spirit is God. And he also has a fully human nature (without a human spirit) consisting of soul/mind and body.

The eternal part of Jesus that dealt with spiritual matters, the pnuema (soul) is GOD. He did not get a soul at birth, and neither did you

“All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob’s sons’ wives, all the souls were threescore and six;” (Genesis 46:26)

“And all the souls that came out of the loins of Jacob were seventy souls: for Joseph was in Egypt already.” (Exodus 1:5)

That soul is living person, the Hebrew uses "souls" for "body and souls" nephesh, i think.

The soul / spirit of a man is "ruwach"

look at the definition of "begotten" It does not mean as you say. I agree with what you say of the God head. You do not agree with what you write and begotten

If we are body, soul, and spirit, (1 Thessalonians 5:23) and both your spirit and soul are persons, you would be body, spirit, spirit without a soul.

Jesus is God in his Spirit, and man in his soul and body.

We are all children of God by adoption when saved, Jesus was/is the Son by being eternally begotten of the Father!

The spiritual part of Jesus is God, The "pnuema "is spiritual, the "psyche" is the mental "soma" is the body.

God is spirit , Jesus is Flesh and blood and the spirit of God

    Heb 2:14
    Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

    He is like us,,,

yes, but not like Mormons, like nobody ... so far. We are the bad guys of this narrative

The old Jewsish Rabbis believe souls were all created at creation because God rested or ceased creating on the 6 day.
Bodies are formed from the earth.
