Jesus was the Son of God and he said the saints would be raised on the last day, Futurists contradict Him by saying there are other days after that, Who is correct, you or Jesus?

Sorry it took so long to get back with you. My account didn't alert me it seems, and I found your comment by accident.

There is actually quite a discussion on this point. The discussion my post caused a while back started at post #11, #12, #13, #15, #19 and on for quite some time. In post #20, I altered my stance so as to take into account the fact the temple was such a divisive point of contention.

The great trib will come BEFORE that day. JESUS HIMSELF said so:

Matthew 24:29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory

Ah. The Anti-Christ Temple, the rebuilding of which is a transgression of the New Covenant in Christ's blood, and a testimony to the notion that the preaching of the Apostles was false.

The book of Revelation is a symbolic book, told by signs, Rev 1:1

Not all of it is though, such as the 144,000 from the 12 tribes of isreal, and the 1000 years of the kingdom rule of Christ!

Tertulian believed that the 144,000 were Christian virgins. He and others belived that was symbolic.

Debates about Revelation won't settle the question.

We still marry and give in marriage, for in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Case closed. The resurrection of the body is yet future.

I never said it'd be a true "temple of God" However, the Orthodox Jews & mosta the world will view it that way. And no matter where a man would be if he declares himself to be God, that's an abomination, but to do it in a supposed house of worship of the REAL God will be the "abomination of desolation". The AC will do it there to dishonor the REAL God in front of a huge live audience, as well as over satellite TV.

It all depends upon if you define Israel to mean the church all of the time in the NT.
I do hold that we are now spiritual israelunder the New Covenant, but also dosee and allow for God to be still dealing with the jewish people in a special saving fashion at end of this present Age!

No, not at all. When Jesus returns, He will reign for 1K years while Satan is banished. When that time is up, Satan will be released to foment another rebellion against Jesus, which will, of course, be unsuccessful.

For those who believe satan might get lucky & triumph: GOD has always stopped him at every turn. Satan tried a direct assault upon God in the heavenly war. He tried hard to keep Jesus from being born as a human, & tried hard to kill Him when he was. Even now he works against God & His word with such things as the KJVO myth & umpteen other false doctrines & "isms". And, of course, when he tried to tempt Jesus, He silenced him with "It is written..."

But remember, only GOD can overcome Satan. All humanity together stands no chance against him. But one person WHO BELONGS TO JESUS will overcome him every time!

And, BTW, the 144K coming from the 12 tribes shows they're ALL still in existence, not just the Jews. They, and we, just don't know their identities yet.

God also said that they were virgins and that they followed the Lamb (Revelation 14:1-4). They will also have the Father's name written on their foreheads, so they should be easy to spot.

Do you see therm as being real messengers for God in the end times, or was that symbolic for something else?

For a person who rails so much on Preterists you seem pretty ignorant of what they believe. No preterist I know thinks that the man of sin is a Pope.
