There are physical Jews, born after the flesh, and spiritual ones, who have received Jesus as their Messiah!
Still remained jews...
Judaism is a false religion and those who practice it are Jews. But they are not biblical Jews.

Circumcision made one a physical biblical Jew. Christ abolished circumcision leaving only gentiles who call themselves Jews and Israel.
He abloshed circumcision as being the sign of one now being in the Covenant relationship with god, but still there are physical Jews!

Jhn 1:13 They are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.

Rom 9:8 This means that Abraham's physical descendants are not necessarily children of God. Only the children of the promise are considered to be Abraham's children.

They are all still Chidren of Abraham after their flesh, but only saved ones are true spiritual descendants of His!

Circumcision was a Jewish rite. Not gentile. Any not circumcised was excommunicated and remained a gentile.

MMRRPP! WRONG!

A Jew is a Jew, regardless of circumcision. An uncircumcised Jew is either:

1.) An uncircimcised Jew
or
2.) A female.

Dave, seems like you're ignoring the Scriptures that were posted that show God is gonna restore physical Israel and Judah as one nation & make it great, in favor of some hooey some charlatan(s) taught you.

Time for you to believe the BIBLE, literally, and not someone else's incorrect private interp of it.

They are not a biblical Jew. From Abraham's time until Jesus abolished circumcision on the cross, any male not circumcised was cut off from being Abraham's seed and a member of Israel.

“And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.” (Genesis 17:14)

No circumcision = no Jew or Israelite

They are not biblical Jews. Because circumcision, now abolished was the only thing to distinguish a Jew from a gentile. Judaism is a false religion and the "Jews" who follow it are not biblical Jews.

The problem with that is that the Apostles interpreted the OC prophecy in terms of the LORD Jesus & his life & saving ministry, including teaching as an interpreted "mystery" the unity of Jew & Gentile. (Eph. 3) Thus the promises relating to a glorious future for Israel are applied to all the redeemed, both Israel & Gentile as one body.

Further, the glorious rebuilt temple including animal sacrifices gets not a mention in the NC Scriptures, but is seen as a living temple of believers built together.

It is "private interpretation" to interpret prophecy as relating to physical Israel rather than to Christ & his redeemed people from "all families on earth."

All Christians have the Holy Spirit, so why don't we all agree? I consider that the primary point Peter in 2 Peter 1:16-21 is making is that OC prophecy refers to Christ, & we should look to his incarnation, life & saving ministry for the fulfilment of prophecy. Peter says that their experience on the transfiguration mount confirmed that Jesus was indeed the fulfilment of prophecy. The truths declared by the Apostles were not to be challenged by private individuals (idiots) who have no Apostolic authority.

I consider the passage is not giving guidance for the reader to interpret Scripture (private interpretation) but forbidding any interpretation at variance with Apostolic interpretation.

Peter proceeds in chapter 2 to give many examples of private interpretation including those claiming to be Christian teachers.

In chapter 3 he warns scoffers who challenge Jesus' imminent coming according to his Olivet prophecy, including judgment on the generation (this generation) that rejected him.

Peter warns them that judgment is coming - soon for the survivors of the generation that rejected him, & at the last day for all those who fail to repent. God's patience has an end as far as the wicked are concerned.

Jews are jews when born, as are gentiles...

That is the sort of "private interpretation" condemned by Peter. All are born sinners, regardless of our natural parents. Only those born again, of the Spirit, become children of God, true Israelites, the redeemed people of God.

Claiming Jewish privilege - the sort of boasting we here from the Israelis - emphasises their condemned status in God's sight.

John 1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Isaiah 1:10 Hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom;
give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.

Rom. 2:25 For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. 26 Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision? 27 And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? 28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29 but he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Please explain why.

Y1 specialises in private interpretation - he makes assertions without any Scriptural support. And he can NEVER explain what he writes.

The scriptures NO WHERE states that Jews/Gentiles become physically others, but that both once saved are now part of spiritual israel!

There is no such distinction anywhere in scripture.
there are 2 Jews in scriptures, physical descenants of Abraham, and lost sinners who reject yeshua, and same jews who are also His spiritual children, who have received Yeshua!

If Christ abolished circumcision on the cross, and one could not be a member of physical Israel apart from it, there are no genuine physical members of Israel today. Jesus is Israel along with those united to him by faith.
