The 1000 years are the binding of Satan. When they end Satan is loosed. They are not the kingdom. Satan attacks the kingdom when he is loosed. The saints rule under the same 1000 year symbol to the extent they bind Satan with the gospel from deceiving God's elect from all nations.
Far more than binding, as all kingdoms will be under jesus direct rule, and sin and evil shall not be allowed to flourish, as they are permitted now by God!

This takes place in the New Heavens and Earth, There is no physical millennium, but Jesus now rules from David's throne over earth from heavenly Jerusalem above.

The Kingdom is here present in those who are saved by God, but the entire world system is still under snare of Satan, as the Second Coming event is when Jesus takes hands on/direct control over kingdoms of the world.
Think about it this way:

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:36)

Satan is bound from deceiving the elect from around the world (nations). But God uses him to bring wrath on the unbelievers.

Don't be silly. You said that the saints would not rule with Jesus. But Scripture says Revelation 20:4 (KJV) And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

So I believe John.

Yeah, well, Jesus is coming back to earth and He is going to reign with the saints for a thousand years.

Revelation 20:4 (KJV) And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Who was the Beast they refused to worship per preterist than?

No, really, Scripture says that Jesus is coming back and is going to be on earth and we are going to rule with Him on earth. So I believe Scripture.

It does not say this in the least. The kingdom is of faith, not of sight.

You just don't want to comment on:

If we take the Olivet Discourse literally, it makes sense and harmonizes with the rest of scripture. This is the problem however, the hypothetical gap in Daniel ruins the flow of Matthew 24 and turns what already happened into something yet to happen in the distant future.

The only things that've already happened from the OD are war/rumor of war, persecution of Christians with decapitations, Jerusalem's being trod underfoot by gentiles. None of the ESCHATOLOGICAL events have happened yet.

The LITERAL fulfillment of those events that've already happened shows the rest will be fulfilled JUST-AS-LITERALLY.

MMRRPP ! WRONG!

The millenium is when the kingdom will be physically on earth. Right now, we're CITIZENS-ELECT of that kingdom, same as trump was POTUS-elect from Nov. 2016 til Jan. 2017.

Yes, there WILL be a physical millenium, as Scripture sez, and David's throne is still here on earth. There's NO Scripture saying Jesus took David's throne to heaven with Him when He departed earth. And jesus did NOT occupy it while he was here.

And Jesus is NOT ruling earth from heaven now, as is evidenced by the prevalence of sin & false religion worldwide.\

Dave, you really need to pay closer attention to SCRIPTURE & give no heed to some private interp some dingbat wrote about it. Only SCRIPTURE ITSELF is absolutely-correct.
