They were denied their right to peaceful assembly and free speech; the death was an isolated incident related to just one man acting alone in his attempt to escape from the scenario orchestrated by the government.

If you seriously think that the violence was initiated by those legally assembling, then you are seriously deluded, my friend. The violence came from the massive gauntlet of vicious, hate-filled provocateurs they were forced to face without police intervention. While I want nothing to do with the extreme position of either side, I am not fooled by the rhetoric trying to paint the socialist progressives as better than the nationalists, who weren't even a blip on the radar before the debacle of eight years under Obama's jackboot.
