Armageddon is two Hebrew words combined, [1] “Har” meaning hill or mountain and [2] “Meggido”, the name of the area in the OT where many battles for the LORD and against Him were fought, as in the day of Elijah, in the valley near or even upon the Mountain of Carmel.
The whole world will be involved in this end-time conflict. The Battle of Armageddon has to do with the forces of evil combining as one and mobilizing against God’s people to completely destroy them. All who are alive at that time will be involved in the Battle of Armageddon, the battle over the mountain of the congregation, the battle for the will and worship of the heart, either for God or for the devil. It has nothing to do with the OT natural place in the middle east.
In the last moment, when it looks as though God’s people will be annihilated on a global scale, Jesus the King of the East, returns with His immortal armies of angels from the heavens, and the wicked are caught unawares and destroyed as the artillery from heaven falls.
What happened after this was stated, you made up a personal, non-scriptural, definition of "Armageddon" which included the English (non-Hebrew) word "Air" which is what Peter called "Private Interpretation" (2 Peter 1:20).

It is a reference found only in the Hebrew scripture (aka, OT;TaNaKh) which was written in Hebrew.
It specifcally says it is a "place", not a nation as "Magog" is a nation of peoples (Rev. 20:8), even again, found in the OT (Gen. 10:2; 1 Chr. 1:5;
Ezekiel 38:2, 39:6).
God uses the natural of the OT to explain the spiritual of the NT, as found in 1 Cor. 15:44-46 and every parable, and prophecy.
