The Great Moral Problem of How an Inherently Corrupt Nature Originates in each CHILD...

Alan Gross

* "... Scripture casts light on the great moral problem of how an inherently corrupt nature originates in each child from the beginning of its existence without its Creator being the Author of sin.

"David declared, “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me” ( Psalm 51:5).

"He described his depravity as innate and not created, as derived from his mother and not his Maker, showing that defilement is transmitted directly from Adam through the channel of human propagation.

"The same fact was expressed by our Lord when He said, “That which is born of the flesh is flesh” ( John 3:6).

"In the Old Testament the word “flesh” is used as a general term for human nature or mankind:

“Let all flesh bless his holy name” ( <19E521> Psalm 145:21)

—that is, all men;

“All flesh is grass” ( Isaiah 40:6)—

... the life of every member of our race is frail and fickle.

"The term occurs in the New Testament in the same sense:

“Except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved” ( Matthew 24:22);

“By the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight” ( Romans 3:20)—

... by his own obedience no man can merit acceptance with God." *

That is The Only God there is.

There is no debate.

REPENT of your inherently corrupt nature, as Discribed by God's Bible Doctrine of Total Depravity, and Turn from you sins by practice and habit, and your blasphemous denial and hatred of your Creator,

... and believe that Jesus Died for your sins that placed Him on The Cross, if you believe He Did, and that Jesus was Buried, and Rose again, from the Dead.

REPENT of your inherently corrupt nature,

You're asking people to change their "inherently corrupt nature". How does one accomplish this?

as Discribed by God's Bible Doctrine of Total Depravity, and Turn from you sins by practice and habit, and your blasphemous denial and hatred of your Creator,

I want to be sure I'm understanding you. Are you saying if someone does not accept the doctrine of total depravity they are denying and hate God?

In John Ch 3 the word flesh is used in contrast to that which is born of the spirit. The Jews believed they were in a right relationship with God because of their physical lineage from Abraham. Flesh in ch 3 is meant as the physical flesh not as the sinful nature.

Yes...another solid post.
In order to.come to truth , it must be faced as it is. Clearly presented in scripture.
Thank you for a clear description of those bound by sinful flesh.

"The Great Moral Problem of How an Inherently Corrupt Nature Originates in each CHILD..."

It's part of the package, we are born with it.

NKJV Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned --

Has this poster identified himself this way?
Or is this hate speech?

Questioning the salvation of anyone not a calvinist is way out of bounds as it is the other way around. Only extremists talk that way. As far as the accusation of hate speech well.....ill strike that up as an over emotional response.

It is not against The Board rules to profess that the well need not a physician.

That which is born of flesh is born of water, i.e., the mother's womb breaking water, in natural childbirth.

You do not know what names you are calling.

Try Bible Believer.

If you deny The Bible that is what that is.

The Bible is The Bible.

Where did he question anyone's salvation?
Now to your credit you did speak up on the thread do Calvinists worship the same God?
That thread was allowed to remain open, suggesting that it was okay to ask such a question. It can get confusing. I did not see any post where someone's salvation was directly questioned. I might have missed it.

Thank you, and Praise Jesus.

Anyone who denies their sin nature as hopelessly and helplessly without strength and that is only evil continually, must have been Given Conviction of their sin nature and practice, as an enemy of God, and Granted Repentence Toward God, by The Holy Spirit, and Given The New Birth, to Re-generate their dead soul to New Life, by The Divine Nature they did not possess, in order to be a child of God that Has Obtained Eternal Salvation from The Triune Godhead.

Then, is it possible for those Activities of God to Take Place in their soul and then for them to Blasphemously deny them and attempt to rob Glory from Jesus Christ, by saying 'they did it'?

They say it is.

There is no debate about it.

If a soul is Saved, they Give God Praise for What Jesus Accomplished, or they deny God and The Bible.

There is no debate as to whether sinful man is sinful.

Everyone in hell has a Hyper-Calvinist soul, I guess, whatever a Hyper-Calvinist is.

So, that is, if that discribes a dead soul, with no ability apart from God, yeah.

They are in hell apart from God.

Yes, The Lord is Making a Move in the hearts of some folks here and they have lost it several times, with this "I'm tellin'" stuff.

All people who die with a dead soul that God Does Not Save go to hell as Calvinists.

If the teaching of Total Depravity is associated with a man it upsets me too.

God Taught Total Depravity from the Garden.

The same nature that is dead has to be Saved from the same dead, in the same > God Given conviction of hopelessness > God Given Repentance > God Granted New Birth Divine Order, for a Bible Believer to be Saved as for a Bible Denier to be Saved and be simply a Bible Denier.

Sorry I'm just not that imaginative to live as a Calvinist. You see Calvinism to me is fairy tales. You take a little scripture mix it up with a bunch of nonsense from mother goose and walla you have Calvinism. This above is a terrible misuse of God's Holy Word.

Yes, thank you again.

I don't know what it means.

I Believe The Bible.

Most Bible Teachers have not talked about all human beings would go to hell.

Is that what it means?

All sin would be Punished in Hell, Forever?

Yeah, the sin attributed to the soul is what God Has to first Convict a human being of.

If that has Taken Place and they are untaught, oblivious, ignorant, etc., to Giving God The Glory in Saving their soul, and Have Had God Grant them Conviction, Repentance, and Faith by Quickening their dead, sin-cursed soul, then those Operations of The Holy Spirit, which are Testified by thousands of Scriptures, are simply not Testified by them in Loving Worship of their Savior.

They are 'religious' Bible Deniers, because they worship the fear of Satan, even if they are Saved, if that is possible for them to be.

Dunno.

Thanks for your 'thoughts', though, for some reason.

Yeah, maybe so.

Is that correct?

I have the copy of it and sent it to Jon C. who also denied it to be reinstated, as it was written.

The cool thing was that I gave a "Calvinist" soul credit to all souls.

In other words, what Calvin 'apparently' attributes to the soul, as God's Bible Doctrine of Total Depravity, I attributed to all souls.

That sin must be Convicted and Granted Repentance and Faith or they will go to Hell as a Calvistist.

Is that better?

The Great Moral Problem of How an Inherently Corrupt Nature Originates in each CHILD...

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

The human heart is not only deceitful it is deceitful above all things

The human heart is not only wicked it is desperately wicked.

The human heart is totally unaware of its evil and no one even knows it.

Only a revelation from GOD can reveal it to the sinner..

Jeremiah 17:10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
