By claiming Paul is drunk and writing nonsense in his Epistle to the Romans.

Did you even read the comic?

You're wrong. The Calvinist Paul in the comic strip is fictitious and doesn't exist for anyone who isn't a Calvinist. The actual Paul was not a Calvinist

So, yes, at least one of the fictitious readers of a fictitious Calvinist Paul thinks that Calvinist Paul might be drinking again.

But once again this is not the actual Paul, this is the fictitious Calvinist Paul that Calvinists believe in.

There are those who can and do ignore what the Scriptures stated.

There is no "accordingly believed" in the statement, but a clear statement of the authority of God over all matters.

Here is this clear and concise statement by Luke:
"When the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord; and as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.
You stated, "The fabricator of deflection strikes again and again, posting falsehood after falsehood."

Could it not seem you are presenting warnings about your own words, and not that of others?

I am so thankful that I do not have a need to learn from with those who must derive their source of truth from comics and faker's.

Learning from them leads to all manner of mockery, and foolishness.

A serious student of the Scriptures sets aside the childhood comic that entertains the little children and more often sits down with mockery in the presentations.

A serious student of the Scriptures take Paul's words as recorded by Luke as accurate.

"And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed."
A serious student of the Scriptures will look at that statement and not attempt to refine it, or modify it, but accept it as accurately presenting the fact that God is sovereign and omniscient. That God's control over His Word will not allow it to return void.

Well duh! Paul came before John Calvin and was inspired by God to write.
Godly men came after Paul and observed what Paul wrote. They wrote down their commentary and shared their thoughts.
My bet is that you haven't read a line of John Calvin's commentary, which simply makes you a prejudiced human being with bitter comments about someone of whom you are ignorant.
Paul was Paul. Calvin was Calvin. Both were wretched sinners in need of God's redeeming grace.
So, if you wish to disagree with Calvin's observation of Paul's writing, feel free to do so. But, your silly cartoon portrays you as a buffoon who wallows in ignorance. I doubt you wish to be characterized in such a manner, yet you have doubled down on your comic strip.
Be at peace, but realize many people view you as displaying wildly ignorant comments and thus do not take you seriously.

Yet another ad hominem, another fabrication of deflection, another wasted post.

There is an "accordingly believed" in the verse, they took Paul's direction to eternal life and accordingly believed. Because Calvinism denies the meaning of the word translated "appointed" as "agreed to by mutual consent" its acolytes have no understanding of the message.

    Really,

You haven't been presenting a warning to others about your own doctrine being bogus?

Post after post you warn folks that you were posting bogus doctrine.

    You didn't answer this question.
At what point in life does one acquire such “own volition?”

    Born with it?

    Develop it?

    Granted by Satan?

    Van,

That just is not how the passage Luke wrote can be read and remain anywhere near accuracy.

I realize that your own scheme requires such thinking as you present, but when you have to clearly modify the Scriptures in such a manner as you are doing, it just isn't good work.

There is not such "accordingly believed" even assumed by the translators, and certainly not found in the original language.

WITHOUT exception, EVERY translation that I have found uses, "ordained, pre-elected, chosen"

YOU don't get to add and change what the verse states as factual.

That is not from a Calvinist view, but from every true student of the Scriptures.

It is a well practiced behavior that the Scriptures stand, and all schemes are conformed to that stand or are discarded.

So either your scheme must be modified, or you stand opposed to the centuries old practice of holding sacred the validity and veracity of the Scriptures.

    Yet another regurgitation of nonsense.

The word translated "appointed" means to agree by mutual consent. They deny the obvious, supporting bogus doctrine from a bogus translation choice.

Has anyone posted a list of bogus doctrines found only in Acts? Nope

The closest that can be found is the doctrine believers are still gifted with the power to perform signs and wonders gifts. But bogus interpretations of scriptures can be had at every vague passage in scripture. Study and commitment to truth helps us stay on the right path.

Those that claim the signs and wonders gifts are still given cite 1 Corinthians 12:9-10:
9 to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues.

Bottom line, some of the powers given to the Apostles and disciples to authenticate inspired scripture have ceased.

And they believe, as many as were, mutually agreed, into life eternal

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In? Well I guess as long as we, "mutually agree," with our Lord.
