It depends on who you ask. Some of our Reformed Presbyterian friends would say Reformed Theology is paedobaptism, Covenant Theology, Confessionalism, the Regulative Principle of Worship, and the Reformed view of predestination and election. The term "Reformed Baptist" is an American iteration of 17th-century English Particular Baptists. The American Reformed Baptist movement began in the 1960s at Grace Baptist Church in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The movement has since grown far beyond its early days. Still, American Reformed Baptists are much like their English Particular Baptist forefathers. Not much has changed.
