the marvel should always stay on Calvary, as NOTHING that we ever experience can begin to match what Jesus did for our behalf, and what that cost the Father for Him to complete his task!

Lets start with the premise that if a verse conflicts with man-made doctrine, rather than nullify the verse, the doctrine should be altered to conform with scripture.

"All knowing" is widely defined as God knowing everything imaginable, past, present and future. This is the only view allowed to be presented in this forum., as any other view has been classified as "unorthodox."

So when scripture says, "now I know..." it cannot mean what it says, because that would be an "unorthodox" view. Another scripture that cannot mean what it says is God will forgive our sins, and "remember them no more forever" if the above widely accepted view is valid.

Nothing about that listed on this forum. Not part of the Nicene Creed either. In fact, I have presented the scriptural point of view without problem. Although, I would agree that most on the forum parrot the Greek philosophical view of God.

So scripture can’t mean what it says because it interferes with human philosophy?

    Thanks MartyF,

Yes, I was told (warning) that any view of Divine Knowledge, other than everything imaginable, was not allowed on this forum.

My view, of course, is scripture overrules man-made doctrine, but plenty of posters push doctrine over scripture, such as claiming God does not choose those "rich in faith" ignoring James 2:5.

Many verses demonstrate the "everything imaginable" view of "all-knowing" is bogus. However the nullifiers said, remember no more was just a figure of speech and did not really mean God put the memory out of His mind, no all it meant was God would not hold that sin against them. As you know, liberals simply redefine the meaning of words so that scripture agrees with their man-made doctrine.
