I have heard this clip before, but it is such a powerful truth.
Last week I was listening to Alistair speak from Romans 12 and in that sermon he read a letter from a prisoner. Alistair almost teared up himself as he said "this man's got it."

Acts 16:26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.

16:27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

16:28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.

16:29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas,

16:30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?

16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

16:32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.

16:33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.

The keeper of these prisoners also "got it!"... Brother Glen:)

Honestly, I don't. I used the Truth for Life app, then selected Bible and searched for Romans 12. I then listened to two or three of the 5 or more sermons. I tried to remember which one, but I think I would have to listen to them all again to know which one. Sorry.

Preacher’s License in spades. I have a strong feeling that, having borne witness and been promised paradise, by the time Jesus died this malefactor knew much more than just his sinless new king’s last known address. But yeah, the Man-God, Son of God, Lamb of God who died for our sins on Middlecross did it all, paid it all. “Oh, the blood of Jesus!”

Poster's license.
LOL.:Thumbsup Nyah, just polite understatement. Don’t get me wrong. I like Alistair and lots of others who love to use Preacher’s License for effect. His scenario is just rather obviously chock full. Nothing new about that.

Oh, and speaking in first person is just fine, if you know how to use it. "I have been saved by the blood of 'the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.'" -- "Nothing but the Blood of Jesus"
