On the wrath of God being poured on Christ....

I am just glad that my eternal salvation is NEVER dependent on what anyone believes including myself, or any man, but on God's mercy and grace.
One day my Savior will take me home, either thru the doors of physical death, or by meeting Him in the air, and on that day, every little question I have will be answered.
Until that day happens, I will preach and teach that the wrath of God, intended for sinners, was laid upon Christ, whom God made to be sin, in His people's stead, that God loathes sin, and at the cross that loathing was upon Christ, representing every last one of His sinful people (Galatians 2:20).
That every bit of flesh torn by the Roman whip was meant for me, every spittle that flowed down His face from those whose mouths He created, He took on my behalf, that every thorn that caused pain on His brow and head, was expressive of the wrath of God for sin, that every drop of blood from all the wounds He received washed my sins away.
And that of every sin of everyone of His people, including those who say, 'no wrath'.

Perhaps, you might demonstrate your skill by presenting Scripture passages that support your thinking.

Perhaps start with to whom is the wrath of God appointed as found in Romans. And from that list show in what manner Christ was also to be included.

Then, perhaps, you might want to explain just how Christ was made a sinner by God in place of His people.

Of course, we need to read the Scriptures stating that God loathed sin, and such loathing was also toward the Christ.

Then, for sure and certain, address the issue of how the blood washed away the sins.

This is just an outline.

Please don't dump the whole load in one post. Rather, let's take each one and explore the Scripture proof that is available.

Is there a difference in the sin singular, he was made to be, relative to our sins plural, that were laid in him?
