I can't concentrate.

I am struggling a number of problems, one of which is my inability to concentrate. I'm having a hard time reading the Bible and Bible commentaries, and I'm having trouble with daily tasks. I think that either I'm malnourished, on too many meds, having problems with Caffeine, or being spiritually attacked. Please pray for me.

Along with other problems, I'm barely getting any exercise, having only just started to go back to jogging in place, which I haven't done in weeks, which, when I had been jogging in place, I'd been doing only a little.

Barring truly exceptional circumstances that cannot be avoided by a believer, being in a good church is absolutely essential for your walk with God and your life as a Christian. May God grant you grace in your difficulties and lead you to where He wants you to be in a good church.

The BEST Person to help, is the Great Comforter Himself, the Holy Spirit. No one else understands or cares for us as He does, and He can never fail us, of let us down.

Prayer, fellowship, and being in a good church are certainly important, brother, but part of the problem may also be physical. Chemical imbalance is something you should also look at. The reason why I mention this is your "too many meds" comment. Also one of the many reported side effects of the Covid vaccine is brain-fog. This is also caused by some other meds.
