First of all, God is Sovereign. And God's prophecies will be fulfilled exactly as prophecied. Including Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39. It is You that falsely justifies Russia, when God clearly condemns and fights Russia and her allies. Ezekiel 38:4 and Ezekiel 39:2 "And I Will turn thee back". A little child can discern that the "I" in "I Will" is God. And when Russia and her allies turn and come against Israel, Russia and her allies will be destroyed to the degree that only 1/6th shall survive.
