1 Cor 15 20-28 J P Green

20 But now Christ has been raised from the dead; He became the firstfruit of those having fallen asleep.21 For since death is through man, also through a Man is a resurrection of the dead;22 for as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.23 But each in his own order: Christ, the firstfruit; afterward those of Christ at His coming.24 Then is the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God, even the Father, when He makes to cease all rule and all authority and power.25 For it is right for Him to reign until He puts all the hostile ones under His feet; Psa. 110:1 26 the last hostile thing made to cease is death.27 For "He subjected all things under His feet;" but when He says that all things have been subjected, it is plain that it excepts Him who has subjected all things to Him. Psa. 8:6 28 But when all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who has subjected all things to Him, that God may be all things in all.

But each in own order?
What kingdom is being spoken of and who is reigning?

I also find V 21 very interesting in thinking ahead relative to V 47.

A side note that may be or may not be relative to the above 20-28.

Presently, where is the tree of life? Will the tree of life be in the kingdom spoken of in V 24 that will be delivered to the Father?

See Revelation 20: then Revelation 21:

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Rev 20:4,5

I assume you are saying the reign above is the reign of 1 Cor 15:25 and that kingdom being reigned over is the kingdom of Christ. I assume also those in bold are the, those of Christ at his coming, of 1 Cor 15:23?

With the, rest of the dead, of Rev 20:5 being of a different order in time of being made alive? Which I assume will be when the the last enemy, death, is destroyed KJV V 26 1 Cor 15:?

Is the tree of life relative to New Heaven and New Earth and New Jerusalem rather than the kingdom of Christ?

Order?

A. a first-fruit Christ
B. those of Christ at his coming
C. the rest of the dead

Then;

percho,
That was not an answer it was two scripture references without explanation of how they were pertinent to your question.

The trinitarian signature is on all things Godly.

The Resurrection
1) Firstfruits of the resurrection = Jesus Christ and the OT saints
2) Main harvest = The church
3) Gleanings = The tribulation saints

John 11 - I am the resurrection and the life

The appearances of Jesus in time
1) First coming to Israel
2) Coming for the church, his body and bride
3) Coming in his revelation and glory

There is one harvest in three particulars.
These are typified by the the annual festivals of Israel, two having been historically fulfilled as you and I are breathing air.

Spring
1) Passover
2) Unleavened Bread
3) Firstfruits

Summer
4) Pentecost (Feast of Weeks)

Fall
5) Trumpets
6) Day of Atonement
7) Tabernacles

The number 7 is complete things.

My suggestion is to buy an Old Scofield Reference Bible and study it, but hurry. It will help you. The Feast of Trumpets is the Rapture and it is sure to take place very soon.

The Day of Atonement is Christ coming back to Israel to take his seat on the throne of David.

The Tabernacles is Israel gathered every one of them back to their land.
