Don’t worry dude. Even if you work for the IRS, just remember Matthew was a tax collector and I’m pretty sure the dude was saved. A whole Gospel was written under his name, it would be totally uncool if he wasn’t saved.
If it’s a sensitive area I’m very sorry mate, I don’t want to upset you about it. In fact forget I mentioned it all.

No, I never worked for the IRS during my almost 39 years as an accountant. I worked for an oil company and then for a gasoline/convenience store retailer that was split off from it.

I do. You believe in a God of your own imagination. You think that God is not much more than the superheroes that are so popular in movies nowadays.

Have you taken the scripture to heart. I’m not talking about the ability to cite chapter and verse. I’m talking about it being written on your heart, not the page.

The heart.

God gave me a new heart.

Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Your going chapter and verse again dude. I’m talking about what’s on your heart. It’s not legalism, it’s fire, pure fire.

I’m sorry to hear it mate. If I had’ve known, I would have never raised the livelihood issue. It was wrong of me. We’ll just draw a line under it and forget the whole thing.

You can go by your emotions. I'll stick to the Word of God.

2 TImothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
