If yes, provide scripture if you can.

If no, provide scripture if you can.

    Yes. Even David wrote:

Psalms 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; And in sin did my mother conceive me.

Now that refers to everyone's state at the time a body becomes a living soul, and not just the reprobate.

The elect's standing is as justified saints before the foundation of the world(Romans 9:11). In time, the Holy Spirit regenerates and makes spiritually alive God's elect so that their state is then the same as their standing.

    Psalm 51:5

    Ephesians 2:1

As Cs, we believe that God can change the hearts of children and bring about faith to glorify Himself ie it’s not about them praying a prayer, but upon avid implanting faith in their hearts to believe the Gospel

There are no passages to offer a definitive proof.

    Some things we can consider:

Psalm 137:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward

Matthew 18:10 See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 19:4 But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.

Psalm 139:13-16 For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.

Mark 10:13-16 And they were bringing children to him that he might touch them, and the disciples rebuked them. But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.” And he took them in his arms and blessed them, laying his hands on them.

An "argument from silence" is that Jesus did not denounce the Jewish belief that a child is innocent until a specific age.

Some argue that Psalm 51:5 ( Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; And in sin did my mother conceive me) speaks of children being born in a state of condemnation. But this is not a legitimate use of that verse (for one, the verse is in Psalms was never interpreted that way by the Jews, but more importantly the verse does not attribute that iniquity to the child - he was born in iniquity, conceived in sin...this speaks of the world).

Romans 5: 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

If this doesn't apply to a baby why did the baby die?... A baby needs a Savior just like I do so because without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin... Just read David in post 2 that Ken brought out and that's how we all come into the world... Now is Heaven going to be full of babies?... Or full grown Gods people, that is Gods business and none of mine... All the elect of God?... That's also God's business and none of mine but there is evidence and when I look at Revelation 7: 9... I see it and go by what it says, and election is not a handful but a multitude... And this is just speculation on my part but how does a baby stand before the throne and praise God?... Brother Glen:)

    Revelation 7: 9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

The baby would die because it is human (conceived in sin, born in iniquity). We are all subject to death. And yes, babies need a Savior.

Someone made an interesting comment to me on the resurrection... He said when we are all raised in the resurrection we will be an ageless 33 years old... I scratched my head and said... Where did you get that?... He said its only logical!... Jesus was raised from the tomb when he was 33 years old, so it stands to reason we will be an eternal 33 also... I kinda rolled my eyes while shaking my head and said... Whatever?... Brother Glen:rolleyes:

John the Baptist was saved from his mother's womb.

That tells us he was a sinner in need of a Savior.

He leaped in Elizabeth's womb when He heard about Jesus, which a Born Again human would do and not the lost.

The way I see it is, if God could get through to my soul that was lost, blind, and dead as a rock, could He not also Enable an unborn child with the ability to hear with Spiritually hearing ears?

    Hear what?

    Same thing I heard.

    The Gospel.

Being a baby is not a way of SALVATION.

Being Born Again by the Holy Spirit in the New Birth, when given repentance and faith in the belief of the Gospel, of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection, is the way God saves souls.

John the Baptist was obviously Elect.

Where does that put all other babies?

Well. John the Baptist needed a Savior to save his soul from sin.

Why else would he have needed to be saved? From what?

If all babies are sinners in need of being saved by the Savior, then it would be God's prerogative as to whether He Chose to give them an understanding of the Gospel, to give them the New Birth.

Jesus said, "you must be born again".

How would they hear the Gospel?

John the Baptist heard of Jesus' arrival and knew enough about all that to leap as a saved soul.

Could God have given him the opportunity to hear the Gospel, to save him?

    Sure.

So, preach the Gospel to woman's stomachs.

The preaching of the Gospel is used as the instrumentality and means, which is witnessed to by the Holy Spirit, Who brings about the New Birth.

And remember, you must be born again, as John the Baptist was.

All people are born, of the flesh, with the soul of the flesh being in the blood.

And we are told in the resurrection chapter of the word of God that; Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood [See above] cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.

IMHO the soul (living being) of the flesh needs to be, "born from above," of the Spirit.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

    "Hell bound"

What gate does one pass through into Hell? Hades? Death?

    because of this, even as through one man the sin did enter into the world, and through the sin the death; and thus to all men the death did pass through, for that all did sin;

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

With or without an immune system?

Did he need one at that time?

How long would it be before he would need a vaccine?
