Anyone contemplating this issue should read of those who have died for the sake of Christ, e.g., Fox’s Book of Martyrs, but there are many modern day examples as well.

In some countries, they have the death penalty for converting to Christianity. We might well consider whether we would have ever become Christians in such countries.

If you chose Option 1, then you are brave and principled. Your beliefs and values matter to you more than anything and you are willing to die for them.

If you chose Option 2, then you are governed by fear and will always find the easy way out. You are probably afraid of hard work. You might be a people pleaser.

If you chose Option 3, then you are one who has foresight and compassion even for your enemies. Choosing this option is a sign that you forgive easily and desire healing and harmony above all else. You also can't stand by and watch others dig themselves into a hole.

If you chose Option 4, then you are very organized and willing to consider every option. Your plans are well thought out. You have foresight and intelligence, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty to accomplish what needs to be done.

If you chose Option 5, then you tend to value the material things in your life. You may be materialistic, sentimental, nostalgic or all three. You are also spontaneous, witty, wickedly clever, and have the capacity to think quickly on your feet. Your preferred career would be in acting or serving as a double agent. You may have a secret desire to be a con artist. You probably liked magic shows when you were young.

If you chose Option 6, then you are extremely sentimental and nostalgic. Your value of material things may range from practical (in the positive) to materialistic (neutral) all the way to greed (negative). Choosing this option means that connection to your family is most important to you. You value your memories to the point where boundaries between people and things blur together.

If you chose Option 7, then you are resolute, contemplative, and reflective. You understand that words have limits and are sometimes useless. You are probably a person who is introverted and prefers to work alone. You may have a tendency to feel misunderstood.

If you chose option 8, then you are a free thinker who cannot be confined in a box. You are courageous and are not afraid to forge your own path.

Thank you for your participation in this hypothetical scenario! God bless you and have a great day!

I just happened to think that what we could do is :Whistling,
"hope that they don't see us
and then just walk ourselves right on up and out of there!"

    Sound like a winner?

    We'll see if I get one......:Sleep

Anyway, that came from the joke,
"What do you do if you come face to face with a lion?"

    That

Then, to be gravely serious a second,
and to say this about that,
I know Jesus said, "Rejoice in all things
and again I say Rejoice" and numerous things like that.

Thus, in spite of ANY OTHER extenuating circumstances
entering our lives at any given moment,
we are to "Praise the Lord!" and by His Spirit working in us,
that we are able to do that, no matter what.

How about this hypothetical scenario... When you are caught with all these things you are not alone... They not only threaten you, they threaten your loved ones... Now here's a situation on your options, you are not the only one in question?... Anyone?... Brother Glen:)

Considering your scenario the most likely outcome for you and your loved ones is that you are going to die no matter what you do. If you deny Christ that will condemn you for eternity and you will still die as they have gotten from you what they want. If you do not deny Christ then you will be in heaven with your Lord when you die. So either way you die. So which do you think a Christian should choose?

I honestly thought this poll was over a long time ago. Option 1 is the declared winner as of a few days ago. I thought the time limit was set for a week. I'll have to double check this. In the meantime, feel free to head over to hypothetical scenario #2! :)
