The TULIP should be a beautiful flower of God, spreading the points of its pedals above the bedrock of scripture from which it arose.

“T” should stand for Totally in Adam; totally separated from God by our corrupted and unholy spiritual nature.

“U” should stand for Unlimited Reconciliation; God is reconciling fallen humanity to Himself one believer at a time because the sacrifice of Jesus provided the means of salvation for the sin of humanity.

“L” should stand for Limited Redemption; All mankind has been purchased for God, the ransom for all has been paid in full, but not all men have received (or will receive) the reconciliation provided by Christ. When we are individually chosen (elected) we are then made “at one with God” when we are spiritually baptized into Christ based on God accepting our faith in Christ as sufficient for His purpose, thus crediting our faith as righteousness.

“I” should stand for In Christ; when we are spiritually baptized into Christ by the Holy Spirit, we are converted, given a new heart with our faith hard wired into our soul, and with a clear conscience such that we arise from the baptism into Christ’s death a new spiritual creature in Christ, created for good works and then after our spiritual purification, indwelt with the Holy Spirit as a helper and as God's pledge to our inheritance of Eternal life.

“P” should stand for Protected Faith; those set apart and converted have their faith protected by God such that will always love Jesus, and anyone who says they were saved but no longer loves Jesus was never saved. But once a person is saved, therefore “In Christ” nothing can snatch him or her out of God’s hand, and because their faith is protected, they would never want to leave the faith. Once saved, always saved.

It is time to proclaim the TULIP of Scripture.

You should write a paper for peer review in a scholarly journal.

I see we have two taint so posts, addressing me and not the topic.

We are conceived totally in Adam, in a Fallen sinful state. This is true, and therefore the new blossom of the TULIP opens with truth.

Jesus is the propitiation, the means of salvation, for the whole world, all of humanity. Therefore the gospel of Christ presents the means of unlimited reconciliation to all of humanity. This is the mainstream view of the body of Christ, but not the view of a pugnacious minority.

The concept of Limited Reconciliation, only the few will find the path to eternal life, is sound doctrine, a worthy point on the new blossom.

The essential need to God to choose us as individuals and transfer us into Christ's spiritual body, which takes us out of being in Adam and into our status of being "in Christ" is the fundamental truth of the gospel.

And of course, those born anew in Christ have their faith protected such that each and every one of them will persevere until the end, for once we are saved, we are always saved, then, now and forever.

The New Blossom will draw the lost and overcome the gates of Hades.

You should submit your opinion to a scholarly journal for peer review.

Not sure how that qualifies for the often used “taunt so” attack. Some folks are very quick to cry victim status.

I am simply offering support to the scholarly pursuits of folks who really really really like to give their opinions. Most often, it’s just the same opinions offered over and over and over and over forever and ever ….

    Please come Lord Jesus

    peace to you

I did not see any opinion concerning the topic of the thread.

The New Blossom will draw the lost and overcome the gates of Hades. The new blossom presents opportunity, rather than futility. Works for me...

Van... I guess these people didn't hear of your new blossom!

Revelation 7: 4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

    Revelation 7: 9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

Your concept is not a blossom at all... Its a weed!... Let God be true and everyman a liar!... Brother Glen:)

That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; Gen 22:17

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. Gal 3:16

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Gal 3:29

Limited to how many stars and grains of sand?

Some poster or posters may deny God's word which says few will find the narrow way that leads to life, Matthew 7:14 and Luke 13:24

    Genesis 22:17 NASB
indeed I will greatly bless you, and I will greatly multiply your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand, which is on the seashore; and your seed shall possess the gate of their enemies.

This verse was cited (see post #8) as supporting a great number of individuals finding the narrow path that leads to life. This view is mistaken.

Abraham was promised a great number of descendants, i.e. biological offspring, and indeed scripture records a great number, including the line leading to Jesus, Abraham's descendant that shall possess the gate of their enemies.

LOL, the ignorance of some posters reeks with deadness.

See Romans 9:6-8 folks and learn what Mr. Kyredneck denies...
