Neglecting the truth God has for you, within the context of scripture leads to missing Jesus in the scriptures, like the disciples before the road to Emmaus. They didn't see Christ in the Old Testament because they tried to restrict it to something less than.

There is no hermeneutical fault in how I am understanding the passage.

There is a HUGE "hermeneutical fault in how you're understanding the passage".

Christ came as Prophet, Priest, and King. As Prophet to Israel in her last days He had nothing to say to non-Jews:

24 But he answered and said, I was not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Mt 15

    Gill:
"...as a priest, or as a Saviour and Redeemer, he was sent to make satisfaction and atonement for the sins of all God's elect, and to obtain eternal redemption and salvation for all of them, whether Jews or Gentiles; but as a prophet, in the discharge of his own personal ministry, he was sent by his Father only to the Jews; he was the "minister of the circumcision", Romans 15:8..."

    Paul:
8 For I say that Christ hath been made a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, that he might confirm the promises given unto the fathers, Ro 15

If your intent is to preach a message of 'hell fire damnation' to the members of the BB, in lieu of referencing The Prophet's warnings to Israel in her last days, you should go to the letters to The Church. A good passage for you here would be:

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth unto his own flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth unto the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap eternal life. Gal 6

To be 'hermeneutically sound' with the gospels you should take pains to screen all of Christ's words through His declaration:

I was not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

You said that 'What happens upon this earth will happen by God's appointment and I will submit to whichever godless government is in place.'
Yet you are complaining about God's appointed leaders, yet said you will submit to them. Reading your posts sure sounds like you are complaining to me. So to mean then your beef is with God since you are judging those who God appointed. Doesn't seem to me you are 'submitting' to God's appointed.
Your second point. Where have you proven in your comments that 'Christians are trusting in these godless governments for their blessing'? I haven't read any comments from Christians on here that show your statement to be factual.
So again, I submit that your beef is with God. You are complaining against those that you said God appointed and that you would submit to. It seems to me you don't trust God and His choice of who He appointed. I would propose that God knows exactly what He is doing and I trust God. There are reasons, I believe, that we have the leadership in this country that we do.

You make no sense with your post. It's like watching a person take a 50 foot power cord, intentionally twist it up into knots and then tell everyone that it's not a 50 foot power cord.

No one else seems to have a problem understanding what I wrote.
    Nice dodge.

    No dodge.
God appointed Nebuchadnezzar to bring about God's will against Judah. Habakkuk cried out and asked God how that could be. God responded. Habakkuk ends with these words:
    (Habakkuk 3:17-18)
Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the Lord! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!

But you do see that this his perception and God forbid that anyone interferes with his perception. And that’s the mark of a true narcissistic individual.

Anyway let’s just be realistic for a moment shall we! Who do you honestly believe rules any nation? The apparent rulers, or the real ones behind the scenes who manipulate a nation’s finances for their own benefit? If I for a moment wanted to change the direction the country is taking then look to eliminating the Fed, look to reining in the Banksters, rein in the multi national organization’s hell bent on manipulating the poor like the RCC… as well as a whole host of the rich who see people as parasites breathing the same air as we do.

I refer you to the biblical text.

I know you support a true, diagnosed, narcissist in Donald Trump.
In this country, you and I are free to support anyone we wish. We will be held accountable by our King for what we support here on earth. I cannot support a full blown narcissist, but it is very apparent that you can.

Truly Disgusted Syndrome is a beautiful thing when talking about Biden and Trump and all ungodliness.
What is very puzzling is Christians who are not truly disgusted with these two men. To support either one requires a person to support antichrist. I do not understand how Christians can do such a thing.

Yea, it would be puzzling and hard to understand to self-righteous religionists too rigid to bend. Ecclesiastes 7:16-17

For me, Trump was an answered prayer in that he defeated Hillary:

    1 I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings, be made for all men;
2 for kings and all that are in high place; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and gravity. 1 Tim 2

Would you vote for Omri or Ahab as King of Israel?

You seem to imagine that not voting for wicked leaders means one doesn't pray for them.

We pray for the peace of the city in which we reside as aliens.

Your quotation of Ecclesiastes has no connection to whether one should vote for a wicked narcissist.

    (Ecclesiastes 7:16-18)
So don’t be too good or too wise! Why destroy yourself? On the other hand, don’t be too wicked either. Don’t be a fool! Why die before your time? Pay attention to these instructions, for anyone who fears God will avoid both extremes.

But, your purpose was to call me prideful for not supporting a narcissist like you do.

My purpose was to call attention to your purpose on the BB; is it to chide and rebuke us all for not meeting your standards?

Nope. It's to point you to Christ Jesus, your King and ruler over all heaven and earth.

David was king about 40 years, ten of our election cycles.

Would have you voted for David every cycle as President?

How could I? There is a two term limit.

If a Godly Christian were to run, I would vote for her or him. However, neither Biden nor Trump are Godly persons. The fruit of their actions reveal they are not bowing the knee to the King of Kings.

There is a reason you keep avoiding what I actually wrote and asked.
    Sigh...I'll try again:
You said that 'What happens upon this earth will happen by God's appointment and I will submit to whichever godless government is in place.' So quit complaining about the men (and women) you say God appointed and that you will SUBMIT to them.
Yet here you are complaining about God's appointed leaders, yet said you will submit to them. Reading your posts sure sounds like you are complaining to me. So to mean then your beef is with God since you are judging those who God appointed. Doesn't seem to me you are 'submitting' to God's appointed.

Seems like someone is not submitting to God's appointed even after he said he would.

Again complaining about God's appointed (your words) and not submitting like you said you would. Tsk Tsk
So you disagree with who God 'appointed' and refuse to 'submit' (which you said you would). Like I said, your beef is with God. Tsk Tsk
