Richard Rohr’s explanation of the Trinity

Any teaching that denies/rejects the Biblical Doctrine of the Trinity, of Three Distinct, coequal Persons, the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, in One Eternal Godhead or Divine Nature, is totally heretical and teachings from the devil himself.

I have many postings on BB to show that beyond any doubt, the God of the Bible is as I have described above, which is from Genesis to Revelation.

I will also make this bold statement, that anyone who does not believe this, will not be in heaven. it is SO SERIOUS.

We will expect in these Last Times, that many will try to distort what the Bible clearly teaches, and, sadly, the devil is using many "christians" to push his damnable heresies!

This should WARN people to REJECT the teachings of this HERETIC!

The Trinity Can Only Be Experienced

BE WARNED
What heretical teaching are you referring to? If it’s the RC Priest Richard Rohr, he is not refuting the Trinity, rather he is asking you to consider viewing The Christ from both a cosmic posture as well as a messianic earthly level. I don’t dispute him there, what I don’t like is Rohr’s obvious Progressive agenda and his de-emphasis of scripture.

From my own personal prospective, I am at war with the ROMAN Catholic Church who claims a world view I don’t abide in. So to throw around the term”heretic” to label someone, particularly when you haven’t delved into that persons theology & teaching is ignorant and dare I say it, unchristian of you. Better you should study more completely, better understand how he thinks, what is his training, how does he comport himself than just dismiss him as heretical.

have you read the link I included?

what this guy describes here at an "inter faith" event, with DEMONIC leaders, is NOT what the Bible teaches! His own view of the Bible Trinity is NOT from the Bible.

WHY would anyone waste their time with these FALSE teachers?

I agree that he is a blabber mouth fronting as a theologian … but if you haven’t noticed, that’s the ROMAN Catholic Church. And this current RC POPE supports… indeed validates it! :Rolleyes. When have you known the RCC to be scriptural? Yet Rohr is a useful shill for them and their current agenda. It would be amusing if it weren’t so devious. I posted the Rohr thread just to give the Forum some insight into this comedy.:D

Note, he used to be very active in getting people to do personality evaluations of themselves and has done both seminars and written books on the subject… so if your already set on a personality type then what is the reason for Jesus changing lives and developing sinful people to transform into sons & daughters of the most High.

A deep dive into Rohr will substantiate that he is nothing more than far left leaning fluff.

I think that needs to get really saved, and then he will know the True God of the Holy Bible

What’s unbiblical about it? Give some examples.

99.9% is RUBBISH!

one example from 03.40

"When you have a Trinitarian theology there is no wrath in God, there is no room for wrath, it is a theological impossibility"

One example from John 3:36, blows this HERESY away!

"The one who believes in the Son has eternal life, but the one who rejects the Son will not see life; instead, the wrath of God remains on him"

The Greek translated as "wrath", is the noun, ὀργή, which means, "anger, wrath, indignation, anger exhibited in punishing"

Very strong language for those who are not believers in Jesus Christ!

Rohr is representing demonic ideas of God!

He better do it quick, he is over 80 Yo and suffering from cancer.

But again, he is a shill for the RCC who seemingly has an adverse on to scripture… and who now is helping ushering in tons of people from our open boarders. How do we, who are children of God, address that? Ya know, I was a RC for 35 years and I still have family who are RC. So I have toyed with the idea of infiltration thru a local RC church that I belonged to growing up in order to teach real scripture to them, but you know that would be fruitless without the power of the Holy Ghost convicting them. See I believe that Regeneration is the key then conversion… so I hesitate to go down that road. And I have grandchildren who need attention and a grandparent who is a model of Christian decorum.

Rohr again represents the Progressive agenda, just as his Pope represents it. Further Pope Frank represents blessing same sex couples, Marxism, probably homosexual inclusion etc… all to further the growth of his church. This might be unkind but I see their real agenda as being a Freeloading Agenda. And I can give examples, have you seen my post, IF I WERE THE DEVIL. ?

Pantheist—all “gods” are God.

Panentheist—everything is God.

Both lies. There is only one God and He exists apart from His creation.

I have never heard of any self-respecting Christian (or anyone for that matter) defining those terms that way. By defining those terms in that way you open the door to a conversation about a definitional argument rather than one about theology.

Only valid view is One God in being who is eternally 3 Persons
There are at least three interpretations as to how that is so. Two views holding to the eternal Sonship. One view the Word only became the Son at His incarnation.
